Photographs provide an easy way to capture important subjects for instructional purposes, and can be easily taken and produced from cameras. However, photographs have some limitations in that they are generally small, can fail to present scale size or perspective of an object, and carelessness in taking photos may lead to distorted images. Providing a series of photos from different angles can help address limitations with perspective.
