This document provides the menu for the Osceola Commission on Aging for September 2013. It lists the meals, side dishes, and desserts for each date in the month. It also includes information about senior meal sites in Evart, Tustin, and Reed City, as well as notices for other local events in September of interest to seniors, such as food distributions, a fall seedling sale, health and wellness group meetings, and advertisements for local businesses.

Menu is subject to change without notice. 2% milk served with
every meal – suggested donation is $2.00 PER MEAL. For reserva-

FREE coupons for fresh fruits and vegetables for eli-
gible Osceola County Seniors. To be eligible you must
be: ¨ 60 or over and ¨meet the 2013 poverty guide-
lines Call the Commission on Aging in Osceola County

when and where the MSU Extension Nutrition
Education classes will be held to receive these
coupons.

FALL SEEDLING SALE GOING ON NOW
The Osceola-Lake are now taking orders for fall
seedlings. Available are a wide variety of pines,
spruces, wildlife shrubs and other conservation
products.Deadline for ordering is Friday,September
27,2013,4:00 p.m.Quantities are limited and orders
are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.To receive

tive health methods, are more than wel-

ent topic at each meeting. We meet the last
Monday of every month, except July and
December, at the Sears Church of God
Fellowship Hall, from 6 to approx. 8 p.m.
