Managed licensing relationships with Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, HIT, Warner Bros, Mattel and Cabbage Patch.
Grew business from $12 million in 2003 to $42 million in 2013.
Supervised 15 direct reports including three in house sales managers, 12 Sales & Marketing support staff as well

Initiated and executed the reintroduction of the Original Big Wheels in Fall 2012. Grew the business to $10 million

Responsible for the integration of the Larami Nerf Brand into Hasbro in early 2002.
Recruited and established the new Nerf team at Hasbro.
Coordinated efforts of Creative Services, Engineering, R&D, Advertising, PR and Media.
Executed the Fall 2003 line during a difficult period of transition.
Initiated, championed and brought to market entirely new Nerf brand packaging for Fall 2003.
Signed All Pro, Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick as spokesman for the Big Play Football, the major Nerf
product introduction for Fall 2003.
Led the Nerf team in the creation and execution of the new, innovative 2004 Fall line, which led to the successful
rebirth of the Nerf brand.
JUST TOYS, INC. 1995 - 2001

Oversaw product managers in the development of all new products from initial concept through
production including product design, packaging and promotional programs.
Worked closely with the inventor community to find new product concepts for the company. These concepts
represented more than half of the new products introduced each year.
Explored, evaluated, and secured new licensing opportunities including WWF, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Louisville
Slugger and Roller Jam.

Developed Baby Tumbles Surprise, one of the most successful promotional dolls in 1995.
Developed and introduced Toy Biz’ first candy line using the Marvel/XMEN license.

for this new start-up company.
Spearheaded the line development and marketing programs for the 1989 original record breaking BATMAN
movie. First year sales exceeded $40 million.
Expanded action figure category by obtaining the license with Marvel Superheros. First year sales exceeded $10
million.
