Men and women of the current era are filled with problems related to innate nature, resulting in differences of opinions, clash and discord. In the previous time cycles of Satyug problems between men and women were nominal due to simplicity of their innate characteristics, which enabled them to adjust easily with one another. In this current time cycle of Kaliyug the nature is such that the personalities of men and women lead to altercations. Married couples constantly find themselves at odds with each other and consequently they find no harmony in their life together. How can a married couple find harmony and freedom amongst the constant stress and tension, in this current time cycle?
In the book " Pati-Patni No Divya Vvavhar ", Param Pujya Dadashri has answered all kinds of questions regarding the interactions between a husband and a wife which can help to resolve relationship problems and to lead a Happy Married life. Param Pujya Dadashri was also married, but he never had a single difference of opinion with his wife in his entire life. This book is a compilation of thousands of questions proposed to the Spiritual Master Param Pujya Dadashri over a period of thirty years following his spontaneous Self-realization.
Param Pujya Dadashri has become instrumental in the path of salvation for all couples who long to live in harmony and find real love and meaning in their lives.

“Do good things and good things will come your way.” That’s how the world goes round, but is this completely true? For example, if you donate five hundred thousand with the inner intent that, ‘I wish I could have given more,’ is it the same as donating the same amount unwillingly or under pressure? If not, then what is the real law of karma?
A human being looks for happiness in the worldly life and everything he does is with the intent to be happy. So why have conflicts taken such a stronghold everywhere?
To answer this question let’s take a look at an example on managing conflict. Say two people are sitting beside each other on a bench. The person on the right, will say that the other person is sitting to their left. And the person on the left, will say that the other person is sitting to their right. In this situation who is correct and who is incorrect? Both people are correct according to their viewpoint. We cannot say one is incorrect and the other is correct.

For anyone wondering what is spiritual enlightenment, it is essential to learn the 24 Tirthankaras of the past, and of the present.
In previous era, it was possible to achieve instant enlightenment simply by meeting a Tirthankara. At present, such sudden enlightenment is not possible here on earth.
In the current era, one seeking spiritual awakening can search for spiritual teachers to understand the meaning of spirituality and its transformation, but to attain Self realization one must meet a living Gnani Purush (the enlightened one).
A living Gnani has the spiritual power both to give spiritual enlightenment, and to connect one with Tirthankaras of the present, such as Simandhar Swami of Mahavideh Kshetra.
In the book “The Current Living Tirthankara Shree Simandhar Swami”, Gnani Purush offers spiritual guidance about Self realization, and how to connect with Simandhar Swami for the sake of ultimate liberation (moksha).

Life is nothing but full of adjustments. You have to understand how to adjust everywhere. If you do not adjust anywhere then people will force you to adjust. So why don’t you adjust willingly? For instance, you must have used an umbrella when it started to rain suddenly. In such a situation, you never question, argue, or resist; right? Do you know why? This is because you know there is no point in doing so.
There is a common saying, "the only constant is change". But we fail to embrace change and try to swim against the tide thus wasting our finite energy.
These simple, yet highly effective technique on how to adjust everywhere can bring peace to you and those around you. Read on to know more… https://www.dadabhagwan.org/path-to-happiness/relationship/adjust-everywhere-key-to-happiness/
Many a time we think, “I did not want to have negative thoughts, but they arise anyway. I did not want to say anything negative, but it came out. I did not want to behave badly, but it happened.” Why does this happen?
While exposing the science behind this, Param Pujya Dadashri says, our speech, thoughts and actions today, are the result of the causes we bound in our past life. No one can bring about any changes in a result. If the cause changes, the result will change automatically.
Then how can we change our inner intent, or cause? Param Pujya Dadashri provides a prayer for strength, the Nine Kalams, as a solution to show us how to pray and what to ask God. This prayer for strength is the extracted essence of the all scriptures. It is the key to bringing about a change in our inner intent, on a fundamental level.
Just by reciting this prayer for strength, we ask for forgiveness for all our different types of mistakes and we ask for strength not to repeat them again. By reciting it, our inner intents become pure.
Let us go through the questions below to find out the vast science behind these Nine Kalams…
સમજથી પ્રાપ્ત બ્રહ્મચર્ય (પૂર્વાર્ધ) (P-2)Dada Bhagwan
Each and every human being has the capacity to identify his Soul and attain salvation. However, one severe obstacle on this path could be sexual attraction/ infatuation.
None other than a Gnani Purush (the enlightened one) can help us understand the science behind sexual attraction and help us get rid of it. In the book, Dadashri, the Gnani Purush has discussed the cause and effects of attraction that one feels towards the opposite sex. He has discussed how horrific the consequences of unchaste behavior are – how it adversely affects our mind and body and leads to karma bondage.
Section 1 of the book is primarily devoted to discuss the science of such attraction, how it impedes Self-realization and explains the significance of celibacy.
Section 2 of the book contains chapters for those who have resolved to remain celibate. Having become convinced of the benefits of brahmacharya and truly inspired by this discussion,
the aspirant then dares to scale the mountain of brahmacharya and expresses his willingness to do so. Having met the Gnai Purush and with his continued nearness and grace, he takes the firm vow to be free from all elements of sexuality through the mind, speech and the body. The Gnani Purush then unfolds for him and remains there for him on this mighty path of brahmacharya filled with all kinds of temptations, pitfalls and obstructions. The Gnani remains with him until the attainment of total brahmacharya.
So get on to read this book and understand how helpful pure celibacy is!

The relationship between parents and kids is a fundamental link of one’s existence. Even our great gods had parents whom they respected and revered.
In today’s time this relationship is getting complex. Parents have a long list of complaints against their children such as that kids don’t obey them, wake up late, don’t study, pick up wrong habits, fight with others, etc. Children fail to meet their parents’ expectations. Similarly, kids feel that their parents don’t want to understand them, are overly strict and so on.
In this book, these close relationships within the family are the basis of discourse (satsang) with Param Pujya Dadashri, the Gnani Purush (the enlightened one). The existing problems are discussed from the worldly view as well as from the spiritual view. Special attention is given to the growing rift between the new and the old generation. Parental duties and the duty of children, adolescents, teenagers and young adults towards their parents are explained with clarity and compassion. Param Pujya Dadashri has pioneered the basis of positive parenting and how with love and affection, harmony can be achieved in this beautiful relationship of parents and children.
The book is divided in two parts, part one where Param Pujya Dadashri discusses the problems and solutions for parents towards their kids. In part two, Param Pujya Dadashri has addressed the difficulties faced by kids when dealing with parents.
This book will be of tremendous help in attaining harmony between parents and kids, leading to a cordial relationship.

Honesty is the highest form of religion because it is in accordance with God’s principles. Honesty should be like your shadow, it should follow you around wherever you go. If you apply this simple key in your life then you will experience happiness. That is why honesty is the best policy. Param Pujya Dadashri has given this unique perspective, “Dishonesty is the best foolishness.” You might think to yourself, in this day and age, how can you go about living an honest life? The way to overcome dishonesty is to recognize it as dishonesty and repent for it. Without doubt, the one who repents is an honest person, in this era.

The science behind pratikraman (asking for forgiveness with repentance) is that you can ask for forgiveness for hurting someone without even saying a word and it will be considered true repentance.
You might ask yourself, is this kind of repentance possible? Yes, even if you are physically away, you can remove the feeling of difference between you, by using the scientific process of bhaav pratikraman (reversal of aggression in thoughts, speech and action by changing the inner intent). This means that you no longer have to carry feelings of hurt around with you because true repentance has occurred.

Aptavani 10 (U) has Param Pujya Dadashri’s spiritual discourses on the description and properties of antaskaran- i.e mann-buddhi-chitt-ahankar (mind-intellect-vision-ego) all four put together. What is it made of? How does it develop? What is the form of antaskaran in animals, deities, humans, children, etc. Before realization of the Self (non-gnan state), there is oneness with antaskaran and after realization of the Self (gnan state) one is free from antaskaran and its phases.
In the second part of Aptavani 10, Dadashri has discussed in detail about the intellect, vision and the ego, their nature and functions.
Sometime, we feel that our buddhi (brains) interfere in some of our decision-making rather than supporting it. Our chitta diverts our attention or projects things that we want. Our chitta psychologically clicks photographs of people/situations. Our ahankar (ego) prevent us from experiencing the Self and it yearns for respect and fame. There could be both positive and negative ahankar at work.
Dadashri has put forth the science based on which buddhi- chitta-ahankar functions and how it is essential to understand this science so that the Self can remain separate from these elements, and eventually the Self can attain liberation.

“Avoid Clashes”
This is one of the easiest conflict resolution techniques. When absorbed in your daily routine, it fills your life with immense peace and harmony.
Let us study how to deal with conflict in two different scenarios and learn how to apply conflict resolution techniques in both, in order to avoid clashes.
Scenario 1 - When you clash with someone:
Say you bang your head against a wall, you get hurt, but the wall remains unaffected. In the same way, when you clash with someone it means that you are creating the conflict and therefore hurting yourself.
Scenario 2 - When someone comes to clash with you:
When a charging bull comes your way, even if you are a king you would have to move aside to avoid getting hurt. When such situations arise in your life you should avoid clashing with the other person and move aside to avoid getting hurt.
By applying the conflict resolution techniques within these pages in your day-to-day life, you can create a conflict free environment around you. Param Pujya Dadashri has exposed this science behind ‘Avoid Clashes’ and you can read more about it here.

In today’s age of modernization and science, people still look for some miracles to happen. They wait for some supernatural incidents to occur. In a nation like India, the public at large believes in miracles, which gives rise to many superstitions, false beliefs and fear. How will the spiritual path lead people if these beliefs continue to prevail? What are miracles? They are some phenomenon beyond a person’s intellectual imagination. However, intellectual imaginations of miracles differ from person to person. This book on miracles explains whether such miracles are really important in our life. Does our life get any better or worse with the occurrence of miracles?
Param Pujya Dadashri, the Gnani Purush has explained the real meaning of miracles, the difference between miracles and siddhi (capability), the relation between belief in miracles and religion, whether practically miracles do any good to us or is it just a myth? Do miracles affect our life and religion? Can they improve or worsen our life? Can we please God by performing miracles? Pujya Dadashri wants to direct the reader to the ultimate path of Self-Realization, wherein any miracles are not relevant, since the Soul is above all this.
This book will be a good read to discover the true meaning behind miracles and to walk on the path of true spirituality.

Spiritual Science places more importance on the inner intent (cause) than on the action (effect) of giving to charity. Charity done with the unity of the mind, speech and conduct receives tremendous benefits. The one who donates willingly and happily reaps more benefits than the one who donates under pressure or with the expectation of return. Your intention should be to lessen the other person’s misery, not to gain fame or fortune.

Nobody knows the consequences of finding faults in others and hence the cycle continues. Since you do not have the right vision for conflict resolution, you find fault in others, and at the same time, you not only see the fault, but you also see the person at fault. And when you make them aware of it, it hurts them. Even if you spoil your inner intent by seeing their faults, your vibrations reach them.
Param Pujya Dadashri explains, "One binds karma by seeing faults in others and becomes free from his karma by seeing his own faults.” When you see a fault is someone, a layer of ignorance is added on your Soul. The greater the layers of ignorance on the Soul, the more you have to wander around in this world. With the Flawless Vision, avoiding conflicts becomes easy, as it is a type of conflict resolution. It allows you to see your own faults, and therefore become free from the cycle of birth and death.
This Flawless Vision is imparted through a Self Realization ceremony. You can obtain Self Realization from the current Gnani Purush Pujya Deepakbhai Desai.

Life requires continuous adjustment in relation to unpleasant and unfavorable circumstances. In everyday situations (such as opening an umbrella in the rain, or wearing a jacket in the cold) we generally don’t resist these required adjustments. However, when dealing with difficult people, facing unhealthy relationships, in family relationships, or in the midst of marriage problems, adjustments become increasingly difficult. Some of our relationships could even be said to be the very definition of conflict! We ask ourselves, how can we possibly adjust in these emotionally-challenging situations?
In the book “Adjust Everywhere”, Gnani Purush (embodiment of Self knowledge) Dada Bhagwan offers the ultimate conflict resolution skills in the form of spiritual conflict resolution strategies. His key phrase “Adjust Everywhere” is explained in the context of many common and everyday relationship challenges.

Naturally one begins to wonder, “Is it too late to apologize?”, “How to forgive and forget in unhealthy relationships?” and, “How to forgive yourself - both for mistakes of the past and for ongoing mistakes in the present?”
One of the most powerful tools for spiritual healing of both past and present is repentance with sincere apology. Yet, among the many spiritual books available today, it is rare to find a concise scripture on forgiveness.
In the book “Pratikraman: Freedom Through Apology & Repentance”, Gnani Purush (embodiment of Self knowledge) Dada Bhagwan describes the spiritual power of forgiveness prayer, and offers a precise formula for asking for forgiveness.
This abridged version of Dadashri’s book “Pratikraman” allows anyone seeking to practice spiritual forgiveness prayer to easily understand how to repent, how to forgive someone, and how to begin forgiving yourself. This book is an invaluable resource for spirituality and health.
The Hidden Meaning of Truth and Untruth(In Portuguese)Dada Bhagwan
A lot of people struggle to understand what the truth is, what is right and what is wrong. There is perpetual dilemma to distinguish between right and wrong.
According to Dada Bhagwan, the Gnani Purush (the enlightened one), in the worldly life there are three types of truth. One - absolute truth (self) second - relative truth and third - untruth. In this book, Dadashri has discussed the meaning of absolute and relative truth.
Absolute truth 'I' can never be destroyed, it is eternal. It belongs to the soul (atma). The realization that you are pure soul (shuddha-atma) is eternal, and ultimate truth. Relative truth is what is determined by the people at large. The relative truth may vary from person to person. The relative truth may help us in our development in the relative world, but for real development absolute truth is necessary.
The book presents Pujya Dadashri’s spiritual discourses on absolute and relative truth and the nature of truth.
It is said that parenting is the most important role in life, as well as the one for which there is the least amount of preparation! What is addiction really, how does it happen, what is its basis and how to overcome it has been described by Dadashri. A true understanding of how dangerous addiction is can only change one's perception of addiction and one day free one from it. One of the remedies is the four-step technique. A unique way, in which (1) To make a strong resolve that addiction is wrong, (2) To collect details on how it is wrong and keep in awareness, (3) Despite the decision, as often as addiction occurs again, ask for forgiveness and resolve never to repeat it again (4) Not to protect the mistake even if someone points at our mistake or insults us. The person who has an addiction himself will get many keys from this book, but at the same time, if someone close to him has an addiction, Dadashri's understanding of how to deal with it will also give a new perspective. So that there is no attachment and abhorrence and that person also gets the willingness to come of the addiction.
The word 'addiction' has become so common in this period that many people are somehow involved in this. What is addiction really, how does it happen, what is its basis and how to overcome it etc. In this book, Dadashri has shown various ways to get rid of addiction. After attaining Self-realization, many Mahatmas who attain their inner happiness get free from their addictions. However, for those who have ongoing addictions, Dadashri has made a distinction between addictions that are condemned by people and those that are not and have strictly warned against those addictions that begets criticism.
