Overview This project is the development of an organizational analysis and recommendations plan with a research component. Conduct research on the availability of key internal and external data, including but not limited to historical and current financial data, competitor information, social responsibility, products, customers, mission and goals, and employee demographics for an organization of your choosing. To make this assignment more meaningfu, it is recommended that the organization you select be based on a department or division in which you currently work or aspire to work, as this will make for a more meaningful assignment experience that will incorporate your experiences and interests. The organizational analysis and recommendations plan is the final artifact for submission. All components of the assessment should be written as a formal research paper formulated in language and structure appropriate for submission to company management.
