You are going to study two Shakespeare plays: ‘A 
Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and ‘Othello’ 
You are going to write a Controlled Assessment 
essay at the end of this term about the difficulties 
some of Shakespeare’s women characters face in 
the two plays.

and you have up to 4 hours to write it.

Facilitator – makes sure everyone knows what to do and keeps

Checker – makes sure the task is completed fully 
Reporter – at the end, tells the rest of the class what the group
