This document provides an overview of OSX's organizational structure and strategy. OSX is a Brazilian offshore oil and gas services company that is 76.64% owned by EBX Group and 23.36% owned by free float. It has strategic partnerships with Hyundai for shipbuilding and technical training. OSX aims to serve the growing offshore oil and gas market in Brazil through its integrated services and by meeting high local content requirements. However, existing Brazilian shipyards currently lack the capacity and technology to meet the country's offshore equipment demand.

Milestones achieved and next steps
The “Gemini Star” and “Suhail Star” Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) will be used in the conversion of the hulls of FPSOs OSX-4
and OSX-5. The Concept Design, Front End Engineering Development (FEED), and Detailed Design for the Process Plants are
following the OSX FLEX Concept. As informed in the previously mentioned order book, OSX awaits technical specifications from its
client OGX regarding characteristics of these units.
Regarding FPSO OSX-4:
