1×N Optical switch is a kind of functional component, with the ability of switching optical route. In optical
fiber transmission system, it is used for multi-channel fiber monitoring, multi light source/ detector selection,
and optical fiber path protection etc. Besides, it is also used in optical fiber test system for optical fiber and
its component test, outdoor cable test and multi-spot optical sensors monitoring system.

※Timing Diagram Note
1. READY signal will exchange in following conditions:
a. Power on, Ready=1, the ready working made inner side the switch modules and status Ready=0 ,
until get ready
b. In switching, Ready=1, that means it’s switching inner side the module and after switching jover,
Ready=0
c. Reset the optic path, Ready=1, that means it’s switching inner side the module and after switching
over, Ready=0
2. In below status will cause Error to be asserted.
a. From little period of power on of optic switches to normal working, it will Error happen. (Error=1)
b. When positioning sensor error inside the switch module, Error will happen (Error=1)
c. When the address value out of range for the size of the switch, Error will happen (Error=1)
d. All other normal status, the Error =0, means works smoothly

READY signal will exchange in following conditions: a. Power on, Ready=1, the ready working made inner side the switch modules and status Ready=0 , until get ready b. In switching, Ready=1, that means it’s switching inner side the module and after switching jover, Ready=0 c. Reset the optic path, Ready=1, that means it’s switching inner side the module and after switching over, Ready=0 2. In below status will cause Error to be asserted. a. From little period of power on of optic switches to normal working, it will Error happen. (Error=1) b. When positioning sensor error inside the switch module, Error will happen (Error=1) c. When the address value out of range for the size of the switch, Error will happen (Error=1) d. All other normal status, the Error =0, means works smoothly
