LWC Group www.lwc.com.sg wwwwwwlll Pioneer in Precast Concrete Services Provided Single – Source Responsibility Restoring National Monuments Established in the early ‘70s, LWC pioneered Architectural Precast Concrete and GFRC Facades in SE Asia. For over 30 years, LWC has maintained its leadership position in architectural precast industry by providing complete turn-key service to the developers, contractors and architects. LWC specializes in custom-designed precast claddings that are tailored made to meet the architect’s design intents, particularly, on off-mould concrete with colors and textures that are unique to their projects. LWC offers Design, Manufacture and Installations as a complete package. The single – source responsibility provides a clear-cut definition of responsibility and liability. Capitalizing on its experience around the region involving off-mould finishes, LWC has undertaken concrete projects that are unique and difficult to achieve. The majority of these projects involve finishes with a high level of architectural detailing and unique colors or textures. Examples of these projects include the restoration of the former City Hall and Supreme Court, both classified as national monuments in Singapore.
