This document discusses software quality assurance. It defines software quality as the degree to which a system meets requirements and satisfies customer needs. Software quality assurance is defined as a planned set of activities to ensure a product meets technical requirements. The objectives of SQA activities are to ensure an acceptable level of confidence that software will meet functional and scheduling/budget requirements, and to improve development processes. SQA should cover the entire lifecycle from development through maintenance. Cooperation between software engineers and SQA teams is important to efficiently achieve quality goals.
The document discusses using Maple to graph solutions to the Gompertz equation, which models population growth as dy/dt=r*y*ln(K/y). It provides Maple code to plot the direction field, asymptotic solutions for different initial conditions, and families of solutions by varying the parameter r from 2 to 6. The codes generate phase portraits and plots of the numerical solutions, demonstrating how Maple can be used to graph ordinary differential equations.

1. Viaggio di classe
I risultati dell’Osservatorio sul Turismo Scolastico del Centro Studi TCI
A.S. 2011/2012
questionario on line.
(2,7 milioni – Fonte: Annuario statistico italiano ISTAT, 2011).
euro (+25% sull’A.S. precedente).
straniere (55,4%) rispetto a quelle italiane (44,6%). Le mete estere più ambite si
confermano Praga, Barcellona e Berlino. Le destinazioni italiane preferite sono
Roma, Firenze e Venezia.

soluzioni tradizionali.
7. 4. Il tipo di gita
I viaggi degli studenti degli istituti
superiori di secondo grado sono
tradizionalmente all’insegna
dell’approfondimento di arte e storia
(82,7%), ma in crescita è anche la
tendenza a sfruttare la gita come
occasione di conoscenza delle
culture straniere (28,4%), spesso
nella forma di un “soggiorno in
famiglia” per rendere più efficace la
full immersion linguistica.
protette (25,3%).
(26,7%), soprattutto per recarsi all’estero. In crescita il treno (12,1%, più del
doppio rispetto all’A.S. passato).

9. 6. Il giudizio degli insegnanti
I giudizi espressi dagli
insegnanti in merito ai viaggi
scolastici sono tutto sommato
positivi.
Secondo quelli delle superiori
ciò che lascia più perplessi (in
una scala da 1=per niente
soddisfacente a
5=pienamente soddisfacente)
è la qualità dei pasti (3,7).
Per i docenti delle medie,
invece, gli aspetti più critici
sono il raggiungimento delle
finalità didattiche (3,9) e il
rapporto complessivo
qualità/prezzo (3,7) del
viaggio.

13. 10. Cosa piace della gita
Quali sono gli aspetti più
piacevoli della gita? Per tutti
gli studenti troviamo lo stare
con gli amici e la possibilità
di girare senza i professori
in un contesto nuovo.
I ragazzi delle superiori
sembrano più propensi a
sperimentare cibi e gusti
locali (90%) rispetto a quelli
delle medie (74%) e a parlare
le lingue straniere (84%
contro 67%), probabilmente
per le minori competenze
dei secondi.
Il soggiorno in famiglia, una
delle novità degli ultimi anni,
non pare un’opzione
particolarmente amata.
14. Conclusioni
occhio attento a garantirne l’ottimale rapporto qualità/prezzo.
