This recipe is for an exotic fruit cake made with eggs, milk, flour, sugar, butter, and dried fruits such as Physalis, Yellow Dragon Fruit, mango, pineapple and guava. The instructions specify mixing the wet and dry ingredients separately before combining them and adding the dried fruit. The batter is then placed in muffin tins or a bread mold and baked for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. How to Make Oreo
Truffles :
Prepare baking
sheet - Line an 18 by 13
inch baking sheet with
parchment paper.
Crush Oreos - Place
36 Oreo in a food
processor( entire cookie
with cream) and pulse
too fine crumbs.
5. Mix Oreos with Cream
Cheese - add cream cheese to food
processor, burst until mixture is
combined. alternatively you can
use electric mixer, just mix until
well blended.
• Shape Mixture into
balls - Scoop mixture out
about 1 teaspoon at a time
and form into 1 inch ball
then align on prepared
cookie sheet.
6. Chill - Place the truffles in freezer for 15 mins. Meanwhile crush remaining

Melt Chocolate - Melt cadbury chocolate
Dip truffles - Remove truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate
and use a spoon to pour chocolate over top allow excess chocolate to run
Let Set - Return to baking sheet, immediately sprinkle tops with crushed
Oreos if desired, then allow chocolate to set

should be stored in the refrigerator in tight container.
