Oregon Legislative Assembly It started on Friday Mar 6, 2015 when we decided to attend the 78th Oregon Legislative Committee about Health Care. We read the entire agendas before we attended it, and they were really interested topics that not only we will use it in the assignment, but it can help and benefit us in our real life if they were applied. The committee was meeting in Oregon Capitol Hall, room HR E. The Committees members consisted of Chair REP. Greenlick, Mitch, VICE-CHAIR REP Nosse, VICE CHAIR REP Hayden , REP Keny-Guyer, REP Weidner, REP Lively, REP Kennemer, REP Buehler, and REP Clem. Committee Administration. Sandy Thiele-Cirka and Committee assistant Mania Daniel. They started with the work session HB 2234 which Requires Oregon Health Authority and insurers offering policies or certificates of health insurance that reimburse costs of physician services to create billing codes or alternative mechanism to enable community assessment center to bill for child abuse medical assessment and related services. It started with a testimony from Gene Wisenhouse, and what said was that they testified on this before, and we still looking for compromise and fix solution how actually we build or going to pay this, and he supports dash 4 a lot of effort by lobbyist and representatives in the health authority and providers. So the action on this was Do Pass recommendation as Amended and Be Printed Engrossed. All the committee members voted I on it. Then they moved to HB 2825 which Carried Over from 3/4/15 Agenda: Requires Oregon Health Authority to seek out and apply for funding for, and appropriates moneys from General Fund to pay for, crisis intervention services and residential care for individuals with mental illness. The action on this was Do Pass recommendation as Amended and that be referred to the committee reference. All the committee members voted I on it. After that they moved work session HB 2541 to Wednesday, and move to HB 2560 which Carried Over from 3/4/15 Agenda: Requires health benefit plan to cover cost of colonoscopy for insured who is 50 years of age or older and who has positive fecal immunochemical test result. So the action on this was Do Pass recommendation as Amended and Be Printed Engrossed. All the committee members voted I on it. Then they moved to work session HB 2307 which Prohibits mental health care professionals and social health professionals from providing any service to person under 18 years of age for purpose of attempting to change person's sexual orientation or gender identity. It was moved to Monday because, REP Lively, REP Kennemer think there are a lot of questions out there for them, and they still chasing them down. After the work sessions part, the committee jumped to the public hearing session and they started with REP Keny-Guyer who Carried HB 2930 which Requires hospital to adopt rules granting admitting privileges to licensed, certified nurse midwife nurse practitioner saying that she has.

Personality is a dynamic concept describing the growth and development of a person’s whole psychological system;
It looks at some aggregate whole that is greater than the sum of the parts.
Defining Personality
Personality as the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts to and interacts with others.
We begin by defining personality. This is a concept that has a lot of preconceived ideas in people. So we want to ensure we are all using the same basic definition to describe a very complex topic. Personality is a dynamic concept, meaning it is changing all the time, an that is is the total of growth and development of a psychological system for the individual. This suggests it includes all of the components of the psyche and their aggregate becomes greater than any of the parts. So the text definition is that personality if the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts to and interacts with others.

Introduction
Groups, teams and states are major characteristics of organizational life. It is believed that majority of the organization’s practices need a lot of coordination through working as a team and a group.The leadership of an organization is important in terms of the development of the goals and objectives. Leaders within an organization are responsible for developing the goals and objectives of the organization. In most cases, the success of an organization is usually attributed to the leaders of the organization. The genocide in Rwanda was instigated by the hostility between the Hutu and Tutsi as a result of polarization of the two ethnic groups by the colonial era. The colonization process favored one group over the other. It is believed that the leadership of Rwanda at the time played a major role. Leadership in every country plays a major role in the unity of the nation and in fostering peace and co-existence between different ethnic groups. Therefore the leadership of Rwanda at the time failed to quell the existence of animosity between the Hutu and the Tutsi leading to the experience of genocide that led to mass killings. The paper aims at discussing leadership, ethics and organizational failure in a post-colonial context with a case study of genocide in Rwanda. Main emphasis is laid on organizational failure that instigated the genocide and in particular the correlation between the key leaders and geo-political relations (Scott, 1998).
Leadership traits and concepts
Leadership is considered as the ability to influence the followers towards the achievement of set goals and objectives. Leadership is closely related to management which is aimed at ensuring compliance from the organizational members. The trait theory of leadership is important in terms of defining leadership. The characteristics of the leader can be used for the determination of their leadership styles. According to the behavioral theories of leadership, the specific behaviors of the leaders differentiate the leaders from the non leaders. According to the traits theory of leadership, social, physical, personality or intellectual traits can be used for the purpose of differentiating the leaders from the non leaders. According to the theory, the leader is also supposed to be qualified and open. The contingency theory on the other hand analyzes the environment in which the leader operates. Situational leadership theory examines the ability of the followers to readily accept the instructions of the leaders. As mentioned, emotions and moods were dismissed by OB for a long time. One of the primary reasons was the “Myth of Rationality” that suggested that OB comprised rational concepts and applications and emotions and moods were seen as highly irrational. This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is

- 1. Oregon Legislative Assembly It started on Friday Mar 6, 2015 when we decided to attend the 78th Oregon Legislative Committee about Health Care. We read the entire agendas before we attended it, and they were really interested topics that not only we will use it in the assignment, but it can help and benefit us in our real life if they were applied. The committee was meeting in Oregon Capitol Hall, room HR E. The Committees members consisted of Chair REP. Greenlick, Mitch, VICE-CHAIR REP Nosse, VICE CHAIR REP Hayden , REP Keny-Guyer, REP Weidner, REP Lively, REP Kennemer, REP Buehler, and REP Clem. Committee Administration. Sandy Thiele-Cirka and Committee assistant Mania Daniel. They started with the work session HB 2234 which Requires Oregon Health Authority and insurers offering policies or certificates of health insurance that reimburse costs of physician services to create billing codes or alternative mechanism to enable community assessment center to bill for child abuse medical assessment and related services. It started with a testimony from Gene Wisenhouse, and what said was that they testified on this before, and we still looking for compromise and fix solution how actually we build or going to pay this, and he supports dash 4 a lot of effort by lobbyist and representatives in the health authority and providers. So the action on this was Do Pass recommendation as Amended and Be Printed Engrossed. All the committee members voted I on it. Then they moved to HB 2825 which Carried Over from 3/4/15 Agenda: Requires Oregon Health Authority to seek out and apply for funding for, and appropriates moneys from General Fund to pay for, crisis intervention services and residential care for individuals with mental illness.

After that they moved work session HB 2541 to Wednesday, and move to HB 2560 which Carried Over from 3/4/15 Agenda: Requires health benefit plan to cover cost of colonoscopy for insured who is 50 years of age or older and who has positive fecal immunochemical test result. So the action on this was Do Pass recommendation as Amended and Be Printed Engrossed. All the committee members voted I on it. Then they moved to work session HB 2307 which Prohibits mental health care professionals and social health professionals from providing any service to person under 18 years of age for purpose of attempting to change person's sexual orientation or gender identity. It was moved to Monday because, REP Lively, REP Kennemer think there are a lot of questions out there for them, and they still chasing them down. After the work sessions part, the committee jumped to the public hearing session and they started with REP Keny-Guyer who Carried HB 2930 which Requires hospital to adopt rules granting admitting privileges to licensed, certified nurse midwife nurse practitioner saying that she has been working with direct entry midwife previously. And make sure that they had a strong choice and access, and quality delivery through the direct treatment for midwifes. Then Sarah Wickenhagen, the advance practitioner policy analyst in the Oregon board of nursing. She testified how important this bill is and capabilities to ensure patient safety. Lora Janson who is a certified midwife nurse says that %96 of those birds according hospital sitting, and how the hospital’s limitations effectively effect what they been trained to do. That bill will be open for public hearing. HB 2931 who is carried by REP, Keny-Guyer and Senator Michael Dembrow which Directs Oregon Health Authority to disseminate to school districts information related to elevated levels of radon. This can be done twice for a total of 50 points. Possible meetings include local election debates/forums (candidate or ballot measures), city council meetings, county commission meetings, and state agency hearings. PAPERS MUST BE TURNED IN WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE EVENT. The extra credit papers will be graded according to: a) Basic grammar and writing style; b) Accuracy and usefulness of the detail; and c) The quality of the analysis. The paper must: a) Describe specifically the time and place of the meeting and the major actors present, particularly anyone officiating the meeting; b) Clearly describe the agenda and major procedures of the meeting; c) Identify and discuss the major issues covered and major positions presented; d) State the outcome of the meeting, if there was vote, or
- 4. summarize the agenda issues and major arguments for and against the issue; and e) General discussion of the context and what insights you received by attendance.
