Mobile Phones have become so successful in our generation due to Portability, Connectivity, Versatility of usage and Affordability and become integral part of our daily life. In financial, health-care and few other sectors, the adoption of mobiles have increased tremendously. However, in Manufacturing sector, the mobile adoption is still low. In the advent of Industry 4.0 and digitalisation, the mobile adoption is gradually increasing.
One of our goal is to create the one app for all the needs of Manufacturing Operations like Digital Operations Execution, Performance Management, Digital Laboratory etc. While our Digital Operations Logbook App is focused on Operations Execution and Connected-worker, our improved inSis Mobile App is focused at Performance Management.
Our NEW inSis Mobile App, a Truly native iOS and Android App that is built on latest technologies with enhanced security. This is a one-stop app helps in the Real-time access to plant operations data on Mobiles that greatly improve the response time to issues by operations and maintenance teams. Further the performance Analytics, Dashboards, Reports, Process Graphics, KPIs on mobiles will make the overall performance monitoring effective.
3. Login with OTP
Our inSis supports two-factor authentication in the login process for both web and mobile apps. Users can get the OTP by mail, SMS or
both.
• User can enable this setting in inSis admin >> Settings >> Global settings >> Security Group.
• In mobile APP Use 24 hours for the same OTP. Whenever the user enables this option the next 24hour user will not get any OTP.
Otherwise, the user will get OTP every login.
4. Login with Biometric
App authentication with a fingerprint uses biometric technology to verify a user's identity. Instead of entering credentials, the
user simply places their finger on a fingerprint scanner. Users can directly navigate to the home page. In the User profile user
can enable the “Finger Print” After enabling this, the user will get biometric authentication.
5. Personal Home
Through our personal home, Users can quickly access the selected Infoviews and dashboards. Users can customize these
Infoviews and dashboards in inSis personalized home.
Note: In mobile Users can check Infoviews and Oneviews.
6. View Share List : Create customised layouts for key plant information
Users can set up Infoviews and dashboards with layouts optimized for mobile devices. They can group these mobile-friendly Infoviews and
dashboards into view share lists and port them to mobile devices using the Infoview native app. Users can check the child view share lists
also within the Parent View Share List. The display of view share lists as per the web configuration settings.
7. Tag Search – Tag basic properties
Users can search for tags by entering their names. Clicking on a specific tag will display the trend and basic properties associated with that
tag.
8. Tag Search - Trend
Users can monitor multiple tags simultaneously by selecting them. After clicking on the trend button, the system displays
the trend for the selected multiple tags.
• Users can save the trend using the Save option. Once the trend is saved, it will be visible in the Infoview list.
9. Tag Explorer
By utilizing the tag explorer, users can search for tags within tag groups or tag types. They can perform the search by entering the tag
name or description. By using filters like contains, starts with, ends with, and equals to narrow down the results in that group. To return to
the list of all groups, click on the group name. A back arrow is available, symbolizing the action of going back to the complete list of
groups.

10. Tag Explorer – More Info
Clicking on the tag in the tag explorer provides users with additional information, including details such as info, trend,
references, and data collector information.
11. Analytics or Infoview List
Clicking on the Analytics will present options for favorites, recent, all, and shared views. Selecting a specific Infoview will
render the content accordingly.
12. Dashboards or Oneview List
Clicking on the Dashbords will present options for favorites, recent, all, and shared views. Selecting a specific Dashboard
will render the content accordingly.
13. Graphics or PFD List
Clicking on the graphics will offer options for favorites, recent, all, and shared views. Selecting a specific Process Flow
Diagram (PFD) will display the content accordingly. In PFD, users have zoom-in and zoom-out options to visualize the data.
14. Notifications
Clicking on the notifications list will display all summaries. Selected notifications will then be rendered to the
corresponding view.
15. Event Summaries
The event summary list on click will show all summaries or not. Selected event summaries will be rendered to that view.
Consistent with the web version, if users click on "similar" or "related" in the mobile version, it will display the
corresponding notifications.
16. Reports - View
Clicking on the Reports will present options for favorites, recent, all, and shared views. After selecting a specific report, options such as
Saved Reports, View, View PDF, and Send by Email will be presented. Clicking on "View" will open the report.
17. Reports – View options
Report Backward/Forward: Users can review reports from previous days and future days by utilizing the backward and forward options.
Download PDF: Users can download the Report in PDF Format.
Export Excel: Users have downloaded the report data in the Excel Format.

Time Options: Users can utilize the time options to filter the specific report based on their preferences.
Saved Report: Similar to the web version, the mobile app will display all saved reports. Clicking on the "view" option
enables users to view the report, while using the "download" option allows users to download the report.

19. Reports – Saved Reports
As per before discussion ”Saved Reports” Similar to the web version, the mobile app will display all saved reports. Clicking
on the "view" option enables users to view the report, while using the "download" option allows users to download the
report.

21. Profile Settings
Clicking on the profile will display user settings. In this, we can change the first name, last name, mail ID, and phone
number. Users have the ability to change their profile photo.

If users click on "change password," it will navigate them to the change password page, where they can update their
password.
