18. Application Level Security
The users that can access the application are categorized as
Internal Users or External Users.
When the user type is selected as Internal, no password is

credentials.

their designated password to access the application.
20. Viewing, Editing & Deleting Reports
•When you click on View of a particular report, you can export to reports to
different formats. After clicking on any of the format, you need to save the file
to particular location in your system. You can save that report by entering
another name then you can view it in Reports.
•On clicking Edit button, the Report Wizard options will open that are described
above.
•If you want to delete your report, you can press Delete and you will be asked
to delete the report.
22. Scheduling Reports
Schedule enables users to schedule the generation and email of the
report automatically.
Scheduler will run at the defined recurrence and send the generated
report through email attachment to the users define in the
scheduler.
You can define recurrence as per their requirements.
