WORKFLOWS We’re not adding a new WF engine, we’re enhancing the standard WF engine Add automation and personalized steps in order to drive efficiency and productivity INTEGRATIONS Module Suite is used to facilitate the integration with other platforms and systems Be those home-grown systems or productized platforms such as DocuSign and ZOOM UI As we’ll see today, Module Suite can bring several advantages when crafting tailored interfaces in both the Smart and Classic view The objective is normally to provide the most productive experience possible to the the business users
- #7 To our knowledge, Module Suite is the only solution that allows you to add custom menu items in the SmartUI. The idea behind this feature is quite straightforward…. to allow you to further tailor and further personalize the UI to you business’ specific needs. Even thought it might seem like a fairly simple innovation, the impact this has is huge. It allows you to open a host of new scenarios for what is essentially the main mechanism with which users interact with the system.

Example: we could select multiple Word documents in a folder and in one click merge them, add a cover page and apply a naming convention Or we could select a document and start an approval process with one click As always with Module Suite, the use-cases are extremely flexible, can have a wider range of complexity and are pretty much endless.

- #10 What differentiates our solution is that is has an almost zero lead time from concept to deployment The traditional approach would take knowledge on the SDK, development time and deployment time. All in all it could take between 1-5 days. While with the Module Suite it can be done in a matter of minutes, by 1 person sitting along side the LOB and without any restarts --------------------------------------- I’m sure you’re all quite eager to see the live demo of the Custom Menu items in Smart View…but bear with me just a couple of more minutes as I’d like to introduce the ZOOM integration that we’ll be showing as well

For this reason we’ve implemented an integration between CSP and ZOOM. For this initial development of the ZOOM integration, we've made it ready to use in the context of Connected Workspaces. Why CWS? Simply put, by their nature these are the most relevant CSP objects for collaboration. With a ZOOM integration we further enhance their collaborative aspects. CWS can be thought of as both the catalyst for virtual meetings as well as the container for all the relevant pre/post meeting content
