OpenLivingLab Days is
the annual summit of
the worldwide Living Lab
community integrated
with the popular ENoLL
Summer School. The
annual 4 (+1) day event
includes interactive
sessions, workshops,
lively discussion
panels with excursions
and off-site visits with
the aim of giving the
participants a wider
insight about models,
theories and
technologies related
to Living Labs.

DAY 1: Networking & Matchmaking:
DAY 1: Lunch roulette
Get matched together with another event participant and enjoy a lunch
together - the rest is left up to chance! Those who sign up will be given a
letter code and a color code - go to the area indicated by your letter, and
grab your lunch with the first person you see with the same color. Warning:
Random encounters may lead to exciting & interesting discoveries.
DAY 1 Evening: Matchmaking & networking in the evening at the
Welcome cocktail.
Stickers representing the 5 themes are provided at the venue - pick the
sticker(s) applicable to you and your organization and wear them in place of
a name tag. 5 areas will also be indicated with the corresponding icons - if
you are looking to speak with someone from one of the themes specifically,
go see the area indicated by that icon to find others looking to do the same.

DAY 2: Lunch with VIPs
Selected VIPs will host a table during lunch - grab your plate and sit at a
table of your choice.
DAY 2 Evening: Bernatka bridge illumination
DAY 3: Break roundtable discussion with IT and ICT companies
Selected IT & ICT companies will host a roundtable discussion during the
first break on Day 3.
DAY 3: Lunch roundtable discussion;
Many of our newest members from the 11th wave are hosting a roundtable
discussion during lunch - grab your plate and pick a table, learn about the
new Living Labs in our community.
DAY 3 Evening: networking at the Social Dinner.
Wieliczka Salt Mine. Transport: after the programme of Day 3 ends,
refreshments are provided & common transport to the social dinner
- practical tip: bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes
