- #3 Personal NCALT Live! use today Webinar This webinar is designed to show just a few online tools we might consider when creating learning events or interactions irrespective of if they are face to face or online, synchronous or asynchronous, some suit both, some the former, some the latter. Some of them are also suitable for use outside of the classroom, useful for research, networking, collaboration etc. Take you through a Prezi with a brief overview of another 9? tools there will be resources available later for you to experiment and use the tools, the webinar is being recorded and will be made available and there will be one or two other goodies made available, we'll take you through them at the end.

- #26 Wordle Wordclouds or tagclouds? WHAT Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like.
- #27 Useful images that show the focus of a document, can help you see if your document is looking at the important issues, can be used in course posters etc I know of one person who uses it for job applications comparing a Wordle from the job description with one from their application to see if they match!
