- 9. Step 3: Break the eggs and put them in a bowl, with the spoon beating the eggs.
- 10. Step 4: Cut the 300g of onion in small slices.
- 11. Step 5: Put the slices of onion and oil in a sauté and fry the onion gently for 30 minutes.
- 12. Step 6: When the potatoes are fried for 30 minutes,you can remove and grease them.Then put on a bowl.
- 13. Step 7: Grease the slices of onion when they are fried,and put potatoes on.
- 14. Step 8: You add the beating eggs into the bowl where are the potatoes and slices of onions.And mix them with a spoon.
- 15. Step 9: With the mixt you have on the bowl,you put them into the suté and add a little quantity of oil.For 5 minutes and with high fire.
- 16. Step 10: After 5 minutes you can turn the omelette.
- 17. Step 11: Finally you put the omelette on the dish.
