America represents an idea of hope and ambition as an ambassador to humanity. However, America is not perfect and must continually challenge its ideology to live up to its ideals of equality. While progress has been made since the Emancipation Proclamation, such as the celebration of Juneteenth, more must be done to ensure equal economic and social opportunities for all inhabitants of America to avoid creating divisions. True equality lies in evaluating people based on needs rather than superficial attributes like skin color.
America – is one of the best nations so far, however not the absolute best. Being best among the worst is no good. To bring out the best of America – the ideology- has to be challenged over and over again– by all the people of the world. Time has arrived as it did 150 years ago – when President Lincoln issued a Proclamation of Emancipation.

The Corporation of The American Institution
Have you ever heard of the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871? This act was the cause of The United States becoming a Corporation owned by the Vatican, London Royalty, Bankers and Financiers. This Act is the so-called “System” we, who live on this land are a part of. According to this Act which altered and betrayed the established rights of the original constitution, by “law” made us “property” of this corporation. “The Constitution of The United States of America” became “The Constitution of The Incorporated United States of America”.
When we are born we are given birth certificates and social security numbers.

I am certain that my fellow Americans expect that on my induction into the Presidency I will address them with a candor and a decision which the present situation of our people impel. This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly. Nor need we shrink from honestly facing conditions in our country today. This great Nation will endure as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory. I am convinced that you will again give that support to leadership in these critical days…Yet our distress comes from no failure of substance. We are stricken by no plague of locusts. Compared with the perils which our forefathers conquered because they believed and were not afraid, we have still much to be thankful for. Nature still offers her bounty and human efforts have multiplied it. Plenty is at our doorstep, but a generous use of it languishes in the very sight of the supply. Primarily this is because the rulers of the exchange of mankind’s goods have failed, through their own stubbornness and their own incompetence, have admitted their failure, and abdicated. Practices of the unscrupulous money changers stand indicted in the court of public opinion, rejected by the hearts and minds of men.

True they have tried, but their efforts have been cast in the pattern of an outworn tradition. Faced by failure of credit they have proposed only the lending of more money. Stripped of the lure of profit by which to induce our people to follow their false leadership, they have resorted to exhortations, pleading tearfully for restored confidence. They know only the rules of a generation of self-seekers. They have no vision, and when there is no vision the people perish…Restoration calls, however, not ...
The America I Have Seen (1951)
Qutb's thoughts on American culture are fascinating. As this article was written for a magazine, Qutb candidly describes encounters he had throughout his time in Greeley, Colorado that provide great insight into how he formed his opinions of the West, and the United States in particular.
The culture clash is very evident in Qutb's writings. His descriptions of Americans are greedy and animalistic are easily explained by his reactions to things such as his views of science as a substitute for religion and the game of football. I particularly liked his commentaries about football. The way he describes the sport certainly does make it seem absurd...
I also thought his writings about churches was interesting. The fact that he joined a church because "it was an important part of the culture" was intriguing. I thought his comments on the priest were very entertaining. There are certainly clear differences between the American church and the mosques in Egypt. Here, the separation of church and state seems to cause many problems for him, as the churches need to "sell themselves" in order to gain the more members than other churches in the area.
Overall, Qutb's writings provide an outsiders prospective on American culture, that show why he has such a violent reaction against the West.
Every year world and corporate leaders pretend to care about the state of the planet -- yet nothing changes. What if there was a single event that would change the world for the better? On the agenda: honesty in the age of cowardice, what to do with surplus population, subservience to a higher calling and when He rises.

The Bureau for Private Post Secondary Education (BPPE) and the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), California engaged in abusive and unconstitutional activities
Highlights of the chapter:
• Department of Consumer Affairs and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education: guilty of an abuse of power and money extraction through creative and questionable taxation.
• I did not plan to go any further into this comparative analysis of the regulated industries, but I am so glad that I did.
• It is illegal and unconstitutional to tax the revenue of the schools that BPPE regulates.
• BPPE has exhibited extreme prejudice and blatantly open discrimination towards legal immigrants, naturalized citizens, and their descendants
• DCA was the de-facto licensing agency for Private Postsecondary Schools in California after the sunset of BPPVE (June 2007) and until the debut of BPPE (December 2009)
• BPPE’s Funding Scheme – Innovative and troubling - reaches the federal level.
• DCA breached its contracts with hundreds - well over 1,000 private postsecondary schools in California while BPPE shredded the contracts and destroyed the database of the official roster of California-approved schools.
• DCA may not be willing to give an account of its actions but once its scheme has been exposed, it will have to answer to the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. taxpayers.
on August 17, 2014, California Attorney General Kamala Harris (2014), Diann Sokoloff, Supervising Deputy Attorney General, and Aspasia A. Papavassiliou, Deputy Attorney General issued a Statement of Issues (Case No: 998701) on Behalf of Ms. Joanne Wenzel, Chief, Bureau for Private Post Secondary Education, Department of Consumer Affairs. This Statement of issues was full of misrepresentation and omission of facts. It deprived California Takshila University and me of the property right that is vested upon us through the constitutional right.
BPPE/DCA and Attorney General's office issued tens of hundreds of SOIs to small private postsecondary schools primarily owned by the people of minority groups. Many of those schools simply went away rather than deal with the mighty Californian Agencies.
It is important to note that Current U.S. Senator Kamala Harris simply ignored CTU's constitutional rights. Now (in 2018), however, she fights for people's constitutional rights. Is there a double standard or opportunistic motive? Perhaps, she can undo the wrongdoing she overlooked during her time in California.
Furthermore, Ms. Kamala Harris simply wrote off the misrepresentation of the Governor Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger passed a law in 2007 to give power and authority to the Department of Consumer Affairs, California (DCA) to authorize and approve Private Postsecondary Educational institutions to operate in California.
California Education Code (Minimum Educational Requirements to Award a Graduate Degree) (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 5, § 71865, subd. (a)).
History by definition is the facts of a time, and the fact is always true (the way it happened). However, that truth is not always, decoded as it happened. Writers, historians, and contemporary pundits do their best to decode facts from the information and materials with the admixture of composite influences of economic, social, political, and individual beliefs. Therefore, history needs to be reevaluated, re-accessed with the passage of time, advancement of technologies, and development of human intrinsic philosophical and moral (dharmic) wisdom.
Since history was always written by the powerful and the victor, it is currently being written by the powerful and the victor, and it will be done so in the future unless we, the people take a very small step to tell the tale now, or never.
Tibet has flourished for centuries; it has been a living hub of ancient culture and spirituality, minding its own business, so to speak. Tibet has made vast contributions to the world in terms of spiritual wealth and philosophy. As parts of the Indian subcontinent were being invaded and the Hindu civilization was obliterated by the barbaric attackers, many seekers, gurus and spiritual masters took refuge in the safety and solitude of Tibet, allowing Hindu and Buddhist thought and literature to survive and flourish. Thus, Tibet holds extreme importance to Indians as it denotes resilience and survival.
Political Background:
This historic border between India and Tibet was called the Indo-Tibetan border and China (Sino) had no mention in defining that border. Tibetan history shows that Tibetan powerful rulers in the 7th century invaded parts of China, and the annexed Chinese territory even paid taxes or tribute according to a treaty (Treaty of 821 A.D.) between the Tibetan king Tsenpo and the Chinese Emperor Hwang citing “neighborly contentment,” and “establishing a great era when Tibetans shall be happy in Tibet and Chinese shall be happy in China, shall never be changed.” The Chinese forces violated the 821 A.D. bilateral treaty by continuously invading Tibet over the centuries.
Tibetans lost most of their Central Asian possessions to the Chinese and the great Tibetan Empire all but vanished by the 9th century due to Chinese and Mongol invasions.
The British signed the Lhasa Convention with the Government of Tibet after their expedition and this denotes Tibet’s sovereignty. It should be noted that China is nowhere in the picture and all official business was conducted with the government of Tibet.
Tamaso ma Jyotirgamaya: From Darkness to Lightbaidya
Share your knowledge, go from darkness to Light .
In a formal teaching environment, various content and subjects are exchanged between teachers and learners. A student’s learning is assessed only through the contents -its retention, its depth, and width. However, none of these give any measure to the amount of luminance of light that a learner has acquired and passed on during his/her learning processes using content as a vehicle. Thus the acquired luminance of light acts as the learner’s North Star of life – a guiding path. With this, the learner achieves success, builds family, contributes to society, and becomes part of the bonafide citizenry of any nation.
She Screams every 15 minutes in India.
Not a single day passes by without a report of rape somewhere in India. Thanks to digital media tools and apps, we now get to see our faces every moment wherever, whenever. In India, someone somewhere is violating a women’s dignity every 15 minutes (Ministry of Home Affairs report 2018). Every year thousands of women report rape cases to the police and equal or more cases have never been reported. According to National Crime Record Bureau (NCRB), women reported 34,000 rapes in 2018, which is nearly the same number of rape cases reported in 2017. In addition, 237,660 cognizable cases were registered in 2018.
The savagery and brutality of many of those rape cases are unthinkable. Very recent cases of Disha Salian (Bollywood), a Veterinarian (Hyderabad), Nirbhaya (New Delhi), Singur (West Bengal), Baran (Rajasthan), and Hathras (Uttar Pradesh), are some of the instances which have been recently covered by the media while thousands go unreported and uncovered.
Rape not only violates a women’s dignity but also reduces her to a level of a usable article of trade. And, if the perpetrator has means, power, access to power, or means to buy power, the perpetrator feels every object and every human being is a commodity. This must stop if we wish to call our surrounding society, instead of a jungle. In a jungle, everything and every being is a commodity if you have physical power.
They all say that they are playing with the fire for freedom, and the right to live. That is right, it is the RIGHT to have RIGHT, and it is worth dying for to have the RIGHT. A RIGHT to speak; a right to have expressed; above all a right to select our representatives – the voting right is the right of an American Citizen that many are jealous of, at least that is what we are told. This is fundamentally critical for a civilized nation of a democratic class to have voting right. As President Abraham Lincoln best described democracy as the "government of the people, by the people, and for the people." For that government to be "by the people," however, requires that the people decide who shall be their leaders including Mayors, congressmen, senators, governors, and the president.
Bharat-mata has been in grief past 200+ years. We the sons and daughters of our mother seem to not be capable of holding her grief in our heart, mind, and soul, and act compassionately and wisely. Artist Phauzdar is deeply saddened by the contemporary terrors, atrocities, blood, and killings in Bengal, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Kerala, Maharashtra, UP, and elsewhere in the country. These events reminded him of the 1970s Pak atrocities in Bangladesh, which he witnessed firsthand.
Our system of governance is far from the key principle of democracy - by the people, for the people, and to the people - for all practical purposes. Our system of governance consists of laws, rules, and regulations to rule the people of the land - the subjects. This is primarily due to a clumsy process of transfer of the ruling power of the British government to the then newly formed republic - the Republic of India. In doing so, many of the laws, rules, regulations, and police codes that the prior raj used in ruling its subject had been adopted for the Republic.
A mother loves her children with her whole heart and some cultures believe that a child is a literal extension of the mother till a certain age. Science too shows that certain factors such as mitochondrial DNA can be inherited from fathers, but mitochondrial DNA is almost exclusively passed from the mother to her offspring via the egg cell (Zouros, 1994). Mitochondrial DNA is responsible for energy production within the body and is inherited from the mother while nuclear DNA is inherited from both parents.
The students should have the opportunity to acquire not only the subject knowledge to economically sustain their livelihood, but also take part in building an equitable and sustainable peaceful society. They should be able to avoid emotionally expensive and professionally disastrous circumstances with relative ease if they are given the correct tools and wisdom to take over the steering wheel of their life journey. The content of the subject knowledge acts as the bearer of the educator’s life lessons and wisdom, which in turn is the essence of the knowledge that students receive.
An educational system should invoke and awaken the seeker in every soul. The educational process helps students formulate their lives’ cardinal rules which will guide them for years to come to be bonafide citizens of this world. Unfortunately, we have experienced that many individuals even with the highest accolades fail to perform as authentic citizens of our highly delicate societal framework. These individuals without the preparation to be a part of this society are prone to bring chaos and instability to society. Sometimes they even harm our global system to an extent that takes decades to repair.
A Society that Views Women as a Commodity is Bound to Breed Terrorism, Violence, Hatred, Tragedies, Fear, and Death. The First and Foremost Criterion for the Success of a Society is that Women are Accorded the High Respect that They Rightly Deserve. Without that Even the Otherwise Noble Deeds would be Fruitless.
Writing the book, Biopreneurs: The Molecular Millionaires, Ryan Baidya and Miyuki Shiratani have tried to cover the ordinary and extraordinary resources that readers can utilize to understand the biotech industry. While writing the book, we kept in mind those without biotech backgrounds. So, the book does not emphasize dry hard facts from life science subjects or financial figures from the stock market. It is rather a lucid situational analysis of the biotech industry.
It strives to educate prospective investors on how and why to invest in start-up ventures and early-stage companies. In addition, it also provides tools, knowledge, and expertise, identifying appropriate times to realize profits in a particular field. In a nutshell, we have earnestly tried to incorporate as much information as possible to make this book your best friend, philosopher, and guide for those people interested in biotechnology.
Landscape of the MSCS Programs in Californiabaidya
A sound education in information technology fuels the success of individuals as well as corporations in modern life. Information technology offers numerous opportunities but faces unique challenges in the United States. In a populous state like California, where Computer Science (CS) has been taught at the
college level since the 1950s, these problems are even acute. This article provides an overview of the
current state of affairs in CS in California. We include wisdom from lessons learned from efforts to offer
quality education in both public and private universities in California. In particular, we focus on the
differential school system and the educational landscape of CS education in this state.
A small hyphen (-) is the key factor for not achieving serenity in the American social framework that is hindering its economic, political and spiritual advancement even after having so much wealth, talents, and natural resources. Hate is in the air, greed, and lust in the eyes, dishonesty, deception, and vulgarity in the language, and, love and compassion in life-support.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

PROJECT: ONE TEAM AMERICA
America – The United State of America, is not just an aggregation of states and union territories.
America is a concept. America is hope. America is an ambassador to the human race. It is a
place, an idea, and a representation of the true world domicile by the human race.
All these together give America the highest responsibilities and duties. At the same time,
America is under the most powerful microscope in the world – this microscope is made out of 6
billion pairs of optical lenses for human eyes and ears. It wouldn’t be wise to think, that
something foolish and biased will be unnoticed or slip by.
America – is one of the best nations so far, however not the absolute best. Being best among the
worst is no good. To bring out the best of America – the ideology- has to be challenged over and
over again – by all the people of the world. Time has arrived as it did 150 years ago – when
President Lincoln issued a Proclamation of Emancipation. However, the country took 100 years
or two generations to realize President Lincoln’s vision and several great leaders such as Vernon
Jordan, Malcolm X, Brown, Kennedy, King, and Carter. While the world took a little longer the
world took longer to understand the vision of President Lincoln – for example, It took South
Africa about 133 years and some parts of the world still “did Not get It”.
Juneteenth is a celebration of high pigmentation-America’s embracement of the Concept of
America. It is the representation of America the Ambassador. It is the state of Advancement in
America. Economically and socially it is
disadvantageous to leave or push one or more of the
inhabitants of the country behind. It is equally
disadvantageous to push or leave behind one or more of
the earth’s inhabitants. Like the “Crab syndrome”
meaning those who we leave behind will pull us down,
and pull us down hard, with more force and numbers.
President Lincoln signed a piece of paper 150 years ago
and the great great grandchildren of the people of his
generation are enjoying the benefit of it. What are we
doing today, to make our grandchildren and great-
grandchildren celebrate 150 years from now? Are we
too self-centered or selfish?
Concept America- is a representation of the human
habitat of mother earth. America has variable pigmentations, vocabulary, and foods. And,
underneath all pigmentation lies the color red – the color of the stripes on the spangle Banner.
There is 0.0001% or less variability in the genetic level of all this pigmentation.
Yet, every time, we apply for voter registration, employment, grants, loan, housing, counseling,
and education we are asked to and often compelled to differentiate the fine-tuning of the
pigmentation – the Black, the Brown, and the White. Yellow is replaced by a different word and
so are the other shades of brown. Do we need these pigmentation categories or do we need – the

“need-based” categories - to make sure that no one is pushed or left behind so we can avoid the
creation of the “Crab Syndrome”
A pictorial representation of “Concept
America” is –Project America – the “One Team
America”. We are one. Depigmentation is
merely a part of slow and reversible photo-
physiological processes. It does not have any
economic or intellectual basis. The use of
hyphenated American is meaningful or not is a
subject of intellectual debate and solution of a
wisdom America.
Let's visualize the economic impact of
Juneteenth – simply in billions of dollars of
revenues and taxes born out of Inventions,
Discoveries, and Corporate and Political
leadership of the highest pigmentation. However, the
largest portion is also left behind in the high-wall
cages - the correction Facilities- of “Concept
America”. Something is WRONG with this picture.
Let's look for the root cause, as remote as that might
be. We must not stop at the surface of the problem. If
we do, we will just transfer our problems to our
unborn grandchildren – it will simply be a felony that
no jury disagrees with.
Hope America: A critical mass of America with
variable pigmentations seems to be moving the
“concept of America” forward. From time to time
when this invisible critical mass takes hold, even for a
fraction of a second, the “Crab Syndrome” rises and
puts the whole country on a retrograde. It is now more
than ever we need an Abraham Lincoln of Global magnitude. We need that Critical mass to take
the driver’s seat in moving all the “Hope”, the “Concept” and the “Ambassador” America.
