Option A is a baseline option that makes no changes. Option B involves modest operational enhancements on 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Avenues. Option C creates transit couples on 4th and 5th Avenues. Option D establishes 5th Avenue as a two-way transit spine. Each option is evaluated in terms of impacts to traffic, parking, transit service and reliability, and bicycle infrastructure. The document seeks feedback on balancing these transportation priorities.
