1984 OMAM was born. Became a Household name in Executive Search, with
Organizations like Modi Corp, Dalmia, House of Tata’s, Birla’s, and
Philips.
1989 Diversified into Training with OMAM Training Network or OMTRAN
1995 Our own Management Consulting Firm by the name of OMAM
Consulting Group, one of the few home-grown Consulting Firms.
1996 Started publishing Compensation Surveys, in collaboration with
Business Today magazine, from BT-OMAM Salary Survey’s.

Sunit is our Managing Director for India & Global Operations. He has enabled OMAM to
foray into new pastures like education, training, skilling, and entrepreneurship.
Before taking up the leadership of OMAM International, he established OMAM across the
Middle East, & South East Asia, with over 60 of the most prestigious enterprise customers
with whom OMAM got associated.
Even prior to that he established OMAM Supply Chain arm across India, to support the HR
functions of OMAM Group.
Sunit has also had extensive stints in the US in the financial side, with Organizations like
Putnam Investments (Marsh & McLennan Group Company), & Professional & Scientific
Associates, & also worked with Organizations as Borders Group, spanning 8 years in total.
His qualification is in International Business specialization within MBA, from the US, where
after winning elections against 5 other international candidates became the President of the
Students Union of the Graduate School, and prior, B.Sc. in Hospitality Sales & Marketing
Management.
Sunit did his Associate Degree in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management in one of the
finest Universities in the world, by transferring credit hours from a leading Swiss School
(part of Swiss Hotel Association), and where he worked in one of the leading hotels of the
world, Hotel Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz, in St. Gallen Canton. Was one of the only students of
his batch to get a return-call from the hotel that he had worked in in the first year.
His hobbies include doing cross-country, traveling, reading biographies, & books on real
life situations, & hearing Indian classical, & Western classical music.

Vikram has over 20 years of healthcare experience across South East Asia,
US and the MEA region. He has advised clients in both public and private
space including payers and services, hospitals, pharmaceuticals and
healthcare agencies. He has helped existing hospitals in performance
improvement programs, achieving new levels of excellence in quality of care,
patient experience, and operational efficiencies. He has worked with new
entrants to healthcare delivery, crafting their journey in becoming world-class
facilities, and also advised governments, donor agencies, and others.
He started out as administrator and change agent for Sir HN Reliance
foundation Hospital, Mumbai, where he led efforts to reengineer systems,
build teams and capacity to manage change. Prior to starting CapBuild, he
led the healthcare advisory practice at IMS Health and has held leadership
roles with large organizations, including Deloitte Consulting and Aga Khan
Health Services.
Vikram has a Masters in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences [TISS], Mumbai and a bachelor’s in Medical Technology from All
India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Delhi. He is certified as Principal
Assessor for National Accreditation Board for Hospital [NABH] and has
achieved the distinction of Certification and Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality
