2. Our History
Our congregation was founded more than 10 years ago, with the goal of
reaching our country, with the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our church
offers a spiritual house were the individual can develop and receive spiritual
care with the love and peace of the gospel. Our mission is to restore our
community through the power of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Just as in
Isaiah 61:1-4, when name “Oleo de Gozo” was adopted.
Through the years of our church we have rented in two different places:
1997 – “Nuevo Reparto El Carmen”. We rented a house.
2002 – Sun Tower Building, El Dorado, we rented floor No 3 .
2006 - June, Sun Tower Building , we rented room No 14 and 15
2007 - February 16 - We moved and celebrated our first service in our new
building located in Jose Agustin Arango Avenue
3. Vision
Our vision is to reach our country with the truth of the gospel.
We want to offer a safe spiritual house were the individual can
develop and receive spiritual growth in an environment of love,
peace and pastoral care. Serving and winning the souls for
Jesus through personal evangelism, groups and media
(radio, TV, and Internet).

Equip and provide a spiritual foundation for believers through the
teaching of the scriptures, the doctrines and the Christian character.
After a person has gone through the four levels of this school, they then
receive a Local Worker certificate. After this there is an Advanced level
and Seminars.

We currently have two daughter churches: Las Margaritas de
Chepo and Caimito Capira. We also help a church in La
Ermita San Carlos
We have 7 life Friends Groups and 2 beginning in the next
couple of weeks.
We have a radio program called “It is Time”, which airs in a
secular radio station. In this radio program we share the
God´s Word, testimonies, and pray for those who call in.
We are almost done building our own web page.

36. 2008 ABUNDANTLY PROVISION YEAR
In our years as a church we have been renting from several different places.
Today we are faced with the incredible opportunity to be the owners of
our own building.
We ask for your prayers, because we believe in the marvelous power of
agreement and we know that the Lord hears us when we cry out to Him.
It is our dream to build a house for our Lord. A house were we can not just
meet and worship but also a place where we can continue to see many
being healed, restored and transformed for the glory of our Lord.
In 2007 we signed a contract of renting with the option of buying. In this
current year we submitted an application to the bank to acquire a loan to
purchase the building.
In June 2008 we have to face our great down payment of $ 110,000. The
total initial amount of the building was $375,000. Now it is $365,000,
after deducting rent, 2007.
We have organized with our Fund Raising department to raise some funds
to accomplish our goal because faith without works does not exist.
