This document summarizes the work of the Mentorship and Volunteers Coordinator of the organization Tuwakuze Africa in 2015. It outlines the coordinator's duties of linking mentors with mentees, organizing mentorship events, and evaluating programs. In 2015, the coordinator established mentorship databases, held some mentorship sessions and events, and started recognizing volunteers of the month and year. However, some objectives like additional mentorship sessions and a volunteer retreat were only partially achieved. Going forward, the coordinator aims to improve volunteer engagement through teams and hold more career talks and motivational sessions in schools.
