姊妹, 有 Office 必瘦瘦身法, 日日坐係 OFFICE, 肚腩都冇有怕啦! 身體坐直,將背與臀部呈一直線,緊靠著椅背而坐,若是椅背過於傾斜可以利用護腰的背墊使背部緊靠, 然後進行腹式呼吸(吸氣的時候腹部膨出吐氣時腹部凹陷)。 這方法最適合經常做辦公桌的人,必須在飯後一小時以後進行效果最好,對於小腹突出者最有效。 許多上班族最成遇到一整天下來,腿部的浮腫小腹突出的問題。它可以美化小腿,並且也以活動足踝,幫 助下肢的血液循環,防止經常坐著導致腿部的浮腫。並且為了要使腿伸直不知不覺就會用到腹肌的力量, 也可以消除腹部的贅肉。
