There are two types of content: content that is created for sharing and existing content from other sources. Existing content can be curated, collections can be created by mixing various resources, and content can be translated, edited, or transformed into different formats. The best place to store and share content depends on the type of information and licensing. Openly licensed content could be uploaded to platforms that allow many people to access, edit, and remix the materials. Sites like Archive.org are well suited for openly sharing curated resources. An official UWC website could provide a way for everyone to access and contribute knowledge beyond just sharing events.
