3. INTRODUCTION
In this practise we have
observed with a
binocular magnifier some
flies that are called
Drosophila melanogaster,
and we could observe
them and tell the
difference if they were
female or male, what
colour were they eyes...
5. PROCEDURE
First we put in a glass-jar banana and
chloroform (a trap for flies).
Then we had the flies and some of them
produced some larvas and then flies died.
When teacher came to the class, she put
the died flies and the larvas on a slide
and for groups we saw them with a
binocular.
Finally we took a photo of them and we
made a photocopy.
6. CONCLUSION
- When we saw the flies we
discovered that the male in the end
of the abdomen has a black spot
ant the female has some lines.
- We saw that both have red eyes.
