This document provides a preliminary site plan and stormwater analysis for a mixed-use development project. It notes that the stormwater area has not been fully evaluated and more calculations are needed. It also assumes a joint stormwater permit with the property to the north. The development includes 29 acres of commercial and retail uses including a charter school, hotels, and shopping centers. It also includes 185 single family homes in two phases and 288 multi-family units in 8 buildings. Standard lot sizes and dimensions are provided for the residential portions.
