NUTRITION
• Eating healthy is too expensive.
• You shouldn’t eat anything beyond 7 pm
• The best way to decrease sodium intake is to stop using the salt shaker.( 2300milligrams)
• Eating late at night causes weight gain
• Low-fat or fat-free products are healthier choices( Pay attention to nutritional labels)

Nutrition existed throughout centuries and throughout the evolution of mankind’s history,
The Stone Age period (Roughly 2.5 million years ago) was mostly hunters and Gatherers.
In (1743-1794) Antoine Lavoisier, a French chemist, made significant contributions to the
understanding of metabolism and the role of oxygen in nutrition. He is often referred to as
the "Father of Nutrition.“
To date, nutrition continues to evolve as new innovations and technologies in modern
settings.
