1. Nursing Goals
 Provide a compassionateand nurturing environment where my patients are
recognized, valued and advocated for.
 Provide patients with equitable access to quality health care that respects their
human dignity, individuality and diversity.
 Collaborate and consult with all members of the patients health care team to ensure
the best possible care for the patient.
 Continue to further my education starting with obtaining my BSN within the next
two years.
 Become certified in the Unit for which I am working within the first year of
employment.
