“2020 has been a very tough year for a lot of firms and a lot of companies.”
The key findings from our survey are:
• 79% of respondents have seen their sales reduce in 2020. Over 40% have seen their sales
reduce by over 50% when compared to 2019.
• 62% of respondents have reduced their purchases due to Covid-19. This drop in purchases
went across many locations and industries.
• 70% of respondents have experienced delays with their orders.
• 70% of respondents are willing to accept delays in excess of 10 days from their
suppliers because of Covid-19.
• 86% of respondents are optimistic that 2021 will better when compared to 2020.

Powered by Survey Findings “2020 has been a very tough year for a lot of firms and a lot of companies.” The key findings from our survey are: • 79% of respondents have seen their sales reduce in 2020. Over 40% have seen their sales reduce by over 50% when compared to 2019. • 62% of respondents have reduced their purchases due to Covid-19. This drop in purchases went across many locations and industries. • 70% of respondents have experienced delays with their orders. • 70% of respondents are willing to accept delays in excess of 10 days from their suppliers because of Covid-19. • 86% of respondents are optimistic that 2021 will better when compared to 2020.
