You can replace this
picture if you wish
โ— You are task to do a triangle so I will give
you materials that you need and follow the
steps in doing it. You must read and
measure it carefully so that you can form it
very well.
โ— After doing it and putting some marks in the
table you are task to answer the following
guide questions.
โ— You will be given 15 mins to do the task and
you have 2-3 mins to present your work( if
you are not done there will be chance of
time you will present what you have already
finish)
โ— And lastly, you will pick 1 to 2
representative to present in front of the
class.
For the Instructions:
Materials: Marker, Drinking straw, Ruler, Pair of
Scissors
Steps:
Step 1: Prepare five pieces of drinking straws.
Step 2: Using a ruler and a marker, measure and mark
the drinking straws following these
dimensions:
-drinking straw 1: 1 inch
-drinking straw 2: 3 inches
-drinking straw 1: 4 inches
-drinking straw 2: 5 inches
-drinking straw 1: 8 inches
Step 3: Cut the drinking straws strictly following the
indicated measurements on step 2.
Step 4: Try forming triangles following the specified
dimensions found on the table below. If the given
dimensions were able to form a triangle, put a check
mark on the Yes
column, but if the given dimensions were not able to
form a triangle, put a check mark on the No column.
