This document describes a project in Costa Rica where an employee helped former MSD employees purchase company assets to start new businesses and career paths. Many employees were able to purchase tools, equipment, and furniture to open shops in areas like metalworking, woodworking, farming, and more. This provided former employees with new livelihoods and opportunities. It also discusses donations made to help care for the terminally ill and homeless. The employee realized their work provided blessings beyond a paycheck, and was glad to help others through donations and sharing opportunities.
