2. Thanks to the unique hole pattern, Norton Cyclonic improves
productivity by up to 32% compared to conventional multi-hole
sanding discs. With a 25% increase in dust extraction, the new hole
configuration is based on the same science as cyclone formation,
for the most powerful air movement.

Thanks to new laser cutting technology, holes are cut into the disc,
not punched. This precise cutting technique means discs are flatter,
dust extraction is better and the abrasive surface area is increased
for a more consistent scratch pattern and improved surface finish
throughout the life of the disc.

For finishing applications, finer step discs have a thin
foam backing which provides a more comfortable sanding
experience and gives a wider contact area as the foam
adapts to surface curves and contours for a smooth,
