Norton Bevel System - Esite
Norton Bevelsystems introduces the norbevel-6 and norbevel-12 machines, designed for efficient bevelling and rounding of metal up to 12 mm deep with minimal heat generation and dust. These ergonomic machines enhance productivity by providing accurate bevel angles for stronger welds, and they can achieve up to 1.2 meters of bevelling per minute. The range includes both electric and pneumatic models, focusing on ease of use, speed, and a quality finish without the need for further processing.

- 2. 02 NORTON BEVELSYSTEMS New NortonNorBevel-6 and NorBevel-12 machines are a revolution in bevelling and rounding metal! Norton now offers two new machine ranges, compact and ergonomic, electric and the pneumatic to make bevelling and rounding metal easier, faster, more accurate and more cost effective. The NorBevel concept has been designed for heavy-duty bevelling and radius work, bevelling up to a depth of 12 mm. BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS Lightweight and almost vibration-free. The chips are large enough to immediately drop to the ground. No hazardous dust particles and/or combustion gases are released. A MORE CONSISTENT AND ACCURATE ANGLE NorBevel-6 and NorBevel-12 machines provide a more consistent and accurate angle to the metal for a stronger welded joint. A MACHINE QUALITY FINISH WITHOUT CONTAMINATION A better quality weld joint is created through reduced encapsulation of impurities in the weld, as NorBevel does not contaminate the metal. SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY Approximately 1.2m of bevelling can be done in one minute. In a matter of seconds the machine can be adjusted and the bevel heads replaced. NO FINISHING AND NO DISCOLORATION A perfect end result straight away, without finishing. Discoloration is prevented through reduced-sparking that adds hardly any heat to the material. UNIFORM QUALITY A larger bonding surface is created for paint and coatings due to the uniform radius. Cable feed glands are no longer required to prevent chafing when feeding through cables, wiring and/or piping. A QUALITY FINISH Only with NorBevel you can quickly achieve high levels of constant quality when rounding metal. SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY Rounding small openings from a diameter of 18 mm is easy due to the compact and lightweight machine design. Rounding metal now has an unprecedented degree of flexibility. - 3. 03 THE NORTON NORBEVEL-12RANGE The NorBevel 12 models have been designed for heavy duty bevelling and radius work, bevelling up to a depth of 12 mm. Both the EBA-12 and ABA-12 models have powerful motors, adjustable heads for adapting bevelling depth, and come in a convenient travel case with adaptor. The electric version, EBA-12 has a variable speed switch for greater control. - 5. 05 THE NORTON NORBEVEL-6RANGE For lighter bevelling and rounding to a depth of 6 mm, the NorBevel-6 machines are compact, maneuverable, and available in two super light weight models, with electric and pneumatic motors. The Premium version can be used for more precise depth adjustment of 0.1 mm. Spindle lock for a lighter and quicker change of NorBevel heads, only one allen key is required.
