•   VST Reman Turbos implemented (generation 2) to
eliminating 8 waste improve work load balance,  establish
CAV process, reduce lead time and increase velocity with
activity points and inventory controls.
•   VST Subassemblies Alternators implemented
(generation 1), established CPS tools: standardized work,
balance work load, SFMEA, QG, visual factory, daily
production, continues improvement process.
•   Closed 42 projects with a total Value Proposition of
1,850K benefits reported into FRS 3 Value Stream assigned,
Buckets (CB­BU) & Support & Brackets (BS, SU, CD), 1 on
hold (Paint).
•   CPS implementation on Truck Bodies 777 on Cultural &
Management System.
•  Responsible of 2 strategy projects SWE (Simulate Work
Environment) and CMSA Access Control Process.
•   VST Buckets (CB/BU) implemented to eliminate 8 waste
and applying CPS tools like standardized work, balance work
load, CAV, SFMEA, Pull, kanban, leveling board, finish good
inventory FIFO, PFEP, POU, visual factory, daily production,
continues improvement process, VP 147K.
•  Generation 2 was launch to integrate 1st and 2nd Operation into
line to reduce lead time and increase velocity; project was transfer
due to promotion.  
•   VST Support & Brackets (BS/SU) on find­it phase left, worked
on delivery performance, PPM & Q­net opportunities team was
concentrated in meeting EPS and customer expectations by
implementing PFEP, POU, continues improvement process,
 leveling board, activity points, etc.

•   Implemented DMEDI project World Class Operations (OCM)
through Effective Teams, worked with 10 facilitators to develop
operator’s skills of team work, continues improvement process and
metrics boards.
•  Implemented 32 GB mini projects with skills & knowledge gain
with 645 operators in level 1, 120 on level 2, and 53 on level 3
based on OCM methodology. This process was integrated into CPS
Cultural and Management System receipt in value stream
transformation, this process was taken as the baseline for the
Team Lead project.
