We are pleased to inform you that the University of the Philippines pep squad (UP Pep) has been
chosen to represent the Philippines in the 5th Cheerleading World Championships in Bremen,
Germany next month.
This decision was arrived at after your teams 3rd place performance in the 3rd Cheerleading Asia
Open International Championships held in Tokyo, Japan last May. It was first time that the
country has placed on the podium in elite level competition.
Please find the attached information needed by your team about the Cheerleading World
