While Nokia had been a respectable company, it failed to adapt quickly enough to changes in the industry and learn new skills as competitors grew more powerful and caught onto emerging trends. Those who refuse to learn and improve will eventually become irrelevant if their mindsets cannot keep up with the pace of change.
