battery.
• Audio jack for privacy
• It needs programming
• Expensive
• Bluetooth Sheeld is not sold in
Singapore
• Only android phones can be
connected to sheeld

Future Improvement
Since our product is Phase 1, we would like to improve further and create a more solid
design to assist Visually Impaired and handicap users. These are the following
recommendations:
Phase 2
 To implement installing it at the walking stick to focus on near ground region and
knee region because our phase 1 covers mostly the upper body.
 We can install a Vibrated Motor for the blind and deaf. This would enable the user to
feel whether they are approaching a solid object or not.
 To install an on-off switch. This would enable to save battery life.
Phase 3
 We can install a micro chip sensor to transmit and receive the signal back when the
user reaches a traffic light pole. This would enable to know where the user location
and also the direction of the next traffic light pole.
 We can install more languages option. This will benefit the user as it is convenient to
them to understand
