Nintriva Technology Solu6ons is an IT firm based in Kochi, Kerala. At
Nintriva, we just want to make great soAware with superb customer
experience. We runs a full service shop who can do MVP prototyping, Web
backend, UI/UX, Mobile Applica6on, Tes6ng, Deployment and support with
great quality and passion. With Nintriva, things perform beNer. Always! It is
our guarantee! We write code based on customer’s requirements. Here

3. NINTRIVA = NINe TRIVAlent, to explain the significance of our name briefly;
Nine is general lucky number.Trivalent metals are used in semiconductor
doping. Intrinsic semiconductor Silicon becomes a beNer semiconductor
when doped with trivalent elements. This is the boNom line concept that has
brought forth the semiconductor revolu6on, which in turn is the basis of any
modern technology.Like wise we can bring about radical transforma6ons to
any thing that we get associated with to, That is what Nintriva stands for. We

4. Founders.
The Nintriva founders team is a amalgama6on of 4 friends, three of them
Mr:Bimal S Parayil(CEO),Mr: Mahesh E U (CFO) and Mr:Francis J ANokkaran
(COO) did their college together and Mr: Sirin k (CTO) who came together
through professional contact and via the internet. So these 4 young
entrepreneurs along with Mr:Deepak Narayan, who is an experienced
technologist and NIT alumni as the team mentor and main strategist
represent the core team.Nintriva started as an partnership firm at 2013 and
got incorporated at 2015. Mr:Bimal,Mr:Mahesh,Mr:Francis and Mr:Sirin

These three aspirant B.Tech graduates, from Jyothi Engineering College,
Thrissur, began their journey towards entrepreneurship right aAer their
college, when they established the founda6on for a Web based SoAware
Development Concern – InnoWayz Technology Solu6ons (I.T.S). Aided by the
diversified skill set of its founders, InnoWayz has been able to create a
remarkable profile in a short 6me span.LaNer innoWayz dissolved with
Nintriva. Among the three, Mahesh is an enthusias6c security expert an got 6
years of industrial experience, Francis specializes in systems based
development with same industrial experience as, Bimal handles the business
development who got immense experience as an entrepreneur. Back in 2013
Flamingos Media PVT LTD one of the firm he co-founded got acquired by Dubai
based kreata Global.

6. Mr. Sirin K.
He is also B.Tech Graduate from CUSAT.He is good at various web technologies
and delivered a number of products working with Nintriva. He trains and
upgrade team to new technologies.
Mr. Deepak Narayan
Deepak has been in the core technology industry since 2003 where he has
worked in the consumer electronics domain doing hardware and soAware
development. His industry experience spans in different companies like CMC
(TCS) Hyderabad, Aricent Communica6ons, Bangalore and Infineon Wireless
Design Denmark. Deepak currently runs a technology consul6ng company -
Emdesic Technology Solu6ons which specializes in Embedded Systems
development and seNled in Denmark. He holds a bachelors degree in Electronics
and Communica6on Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut.

We have built a balanced team of developers, managers and execu6ves to
efficiently run the company and provide the best customer experience.
The key is the hiring procedure Nintriva follows.Nintriva takes fresher's for
their 3 month internship. The interns are divided in to both frontend and
backend technologies. We have our own syllabus that created over years with
our vast experience. There is performance assessment sheet for every interns
and only those who cross certain points in assessment can be in as our
employee. We got 15 member team now and everyone got key roles

Web and mobile development : Web development is constantly changing
with new technologies , frameworks and methods being introduced
almost every day. We find it exci6ng to be the part of a very thrilling show
and we do keep up and take part with the latest developments.Nintriva
also do mobile apps in ionic framework plaoorm.
Technologies we use are Angular JS,Yii Framework,Express JS,Sails JS and
many more.Yii –Angular combo for web apps is the most preferred one
now a days and Nintriva has delivered a handful of project in that combo
already.
