MARKET SUMMARY:
The Indian equity benchmark index nifty pared some of its yesterday gain on the back of selling
pressure in metal and banking names. The day was started on pessimistic note due to weakness in
global market after then nifty tried to recover but fails to holds 6250 support mark and tumbles at day’s
low of 6234. At the end nifty closed at 6241 mark with cut of 0.5%.
CHART FORMATION:
 Nifty formed a double bottom formation on daily chart with base of 6130.
 Nifty has immediate resistance at down sloping trendline resistance placed at 6330 mark.

 Above 6330 nifty has next important resistance at horizontal line placed at 6360.
 After a long legged doji nifty witnessed a long white candlestick formation on daily chart.
 50-day SMA is placed at 6195 while 200-day SMA is placed at 5915 mark.
TECHNICAL INDICATORS:
 Momentum indicator RSI and stochastic both witnessed positive crossover and heading northwards.
 CCI is placed at 56 mark with some positive divergence while MACD is trading below centerline.
STRATEGY FOR TRADERS:
Nifty has immediate support at 6225 mark below this nifty may again enter into 6230-16130
congestion zone; traders are advise to go long till nifty trades above 6225 mark.
