• In coming quality checks on the packaging materials according to sampling plan.

Achievements  In Mitsuya Pack & Systems, I personally planned a mini plant for a beverage drink.  In 2004 Altratec, o I pioneered the building up of the Quality Laboratory and Warehouse systems. o I was the team leader to help the company to achieve HACCP certification for one of the food products that the company was packing. We were able to obtain the certification with 9 months of serious action taken by all parties.  In the Boots Company o I d reformulation the Glucolin Orange and Grape Flavour plus created 2 new flavour – Apple & Strawberry. o I restricted the whole Product Manual for Glucolin and Optrex Eye Lotion to be user friendly. o I obtained a new packaging material into 1) a composite can and 2) pouch size for 200gm and 1kg packaging for Glucolin  In Bodibasixs o I created the Batch card format to be user friendly for the production technician. o Formulate the insect repellent stick.  In KMS / Inchape o Worked together with Boots principal to develop an analytical method to test the colour for the Glucolin Rose syrup. o Obtained 2nd Placement in the Pacific Region for the Procter & Gamble analytical testing programme. o Pioneered the set up of a. Confectory Line. b. Aerosol Line c. Procter & Gamble’s 6 tonne manufacturing system & filling Hair Care System. d.
