Born and raised in New York City, creativity and design has always been a huge
part of my life. Inspired by surrounding architecture, city scapes and an abundance
of people, I knew I wanted to make the world a better place... a more beautiful place.
People say that surroundings can heal a person, evoke emotions and a beautifully de-
signed space can be uplifting. I knew I wanted to bring all that to the world and more.
I wanted to implement sustainablilty, ergonomics, new technologies and universal
design, all while making the users feel safe and creating memorable spaces.

Duplex in West Chelsea
Year: 2014
Narrative/Concept:
Kaiden and Sara Pierce and their two lovely
daughters Jamie and Thea are moving into a du-
plex penthouse in West Chelsea now that the girls
are older. Growing up together Jamie and Thea
were best friends as they were the same age and
had constant play dates because their parents had
been friends when they themselves were children.
Therefore when Thea was five and her parents
died in a car accident the Pierce’s adopted her
and took her in like their own daughter. Now at
the age of seventeen both girls need their own
room and more space though they still hate to
be apart. Both Jamie and Thea are very cre-
ative, they love to read and draw much like their
mother Sara. But Thea also has a love for sports
and watching the game with Kaiden is one of
her favorite pastimes (something Kaiden and her
biological father used to do all the time according
to Sara). Sara and Kaiden at the age of 39 and
40 both work from home a good amount of the
time as Sara runs a small accessories line from
home and now does most of her online work from
home. Kaiden also works from home a good
amount of time as he is an engineer and owns
his own contracting company. A good home office
and library area for resources is a must. Beyond
that the Pierce’s are very social people so a
guest room is required and large open entertaining
spaces are where they will be inhabiting the most
with friends and family. They were attracted to
this space due to its potential for a loft like/grand
statement type of feeling. The modern windows
and contemporary design of building reminded them
of Bauhaus which they loved as they stayed in
Aspen Meadows when they vacationed in Colo-
rado for ski trips. Kaiden has MSD (musculature
disorder) shoulder pain due to college football and
therefore needs a large soaking tub and a very
comfortable office chair.

dream for best friends and sisters), very glamor-
ous with their own personal vanities and etc.
Laundry room and small loft feeling area over
looking the living/dining will be a collaborate work

Modern city meets rustic retreat getaway
“....Something quite remarkable; a weekend
getaway so filled with the curious that it’s
more kunsthammer than beach cabana”. The
house itself serves as both a weekend retreat
and the place to be for gatherings. The fur-
nishings are equal part indulgent luxury
and laid back city cool. The mix of classy
and casual makes this high end home the
sought out place to stay whether it is for
relaxing on the weekend or hosting a big get
together.

chased a beach house on the North Fork of Long
Island and wish to make it their getaway/weekend
retreat. They want to incorporate the style of the
city mixed with more rustic/natural elements closer
to nature while having a relaxing atmosphere away
from the city. Mirabellas love for the whimsical and
rustic along with Neils love for the modernism will
be incorporated in the space and serve as the
inspiration for the modern rustic design colors are
inspired from the Long Island sound. They love to

The key to a modern rustic space is an open floor
plan, modern furniture, and preserved and exposed
natural architectural elements. The color scheme is
very simple with large windows bringing the outdoors
in. This style has an informal elegance – comfortable
and modern living at its best!
-Whitney Wood
Modern Rustic is such a buzz term. Everyone seems
to be embracing rustic charm and warmth with mod-
ern amenities. Personally, I LOVE this style! I am a
sucker for character and modern interiors, so why not
combine the two?

Combining two adjacent
apartments into one
Year: 2012
Ali is in love with whimsical, shiny, glam-
orous things and Chris loves dark hues and
sleek furnishings. Together, they would like
the space to be glamorous while retaining a
sense of masculinity. Modern, clean lines
and the contemporary style will greet you
upon entering the apartment. The design
concept will transform the space into a sleek,
modern space with glamorous and luxuri-
ous touches. The color scheme will consist
of sleek black and white with pops of blue,
green and hints of violet creating a lavish
décor with an upscale nature.. Distinctive
lighting, metallic accents and shiny tex-
tural elements will be introduced highlight
the design to create a sleek yet glamorous
interior.
Client:
Alison and Christian Blake, are a newly wed
couple from queens who just purchased their first
place, they decided to move into the city to further
expand upon their careers. They have bought two
adjacent apartments in a prime location on the
Upper West Side of Manhattan to combine into
one large apartment. Ali is an up-and-coming
pastry chef who specializes in cake decorating
and is always doing high profile events. Chris has
just been promoted to head chef of a prestigious
restaurant that just opened a new location in
Manhattan, which is near their new place. Ali and
Chris have known each other since high school
and were good friends for a long time, they were
both passionate about food and bonded over that
when they attended the Art Institutes together for
Culinary Arts, soon after and Ali and Chris fell
in love, got married and are now trying to obtain
their dream home. The clients are both are very
outgoing people, they love to host parties and are
always entertaining guests; from super bowl parties
to formal dinner parties. They also both love to
cook so a big kitchen with an open floor plan for
conversation during a party is a must. Ali is an
energetic fun person who adores socializing and
was drawn to the design potential of the space.
Ali and Chris both like sleek modern-contempo-
rary design with clean lines. Ali loves glamour
and wanted to incorporate purples, blues, greens
and things that sparkle. Chris on the other hand
likes the color blue and had furnished his previous
bachelor pad in a lot of sleek black furniture and
although he’s ready for a change he wants to
there to still be a sense of masculinity to the
space.
...They want this space to be a place they can
come home to and relax in, but also a place they
can show off to her friends and host parties. Ali
also has a collection of Gabriela Rodo Boulanger
paintings she received as a gift for her 21st
birthday from her aunt and wants them displayed
in her new apartment; they are some of her more
abstract works with nature themes.
Project Program:
Public Areas: Open floor plan with a large foyer, a
small nook off the entrance, and a very spacious
kitchen overlooking an open dining and living
space.
Private Areas: The apartment has a Master Suite
with a walk in closet - with washer dyer built in,
that connects to the master bath. The master bath
contains a double sink vanity, a large soaking tub
and a large two person shower with a bench.

Modern Fairytale
Patina Davis has moved to the “city that never
sleeps.” This is the start of her new life and she
wants her home to reflect it. All her life she’s
been wrapped up in finding the happy ending to
her fairy tale while planning for others. She is in
love with whimsical and magical things; there-
fore, she became a wedding planner. She loves
modern, clean lines and the contemporary style;
she never really liked antiques and is not a fan of
anything old or dated, so all of her pieces should
be fresh, sleek and brand new! She wants her
new place to be one to show off, as she hosts
many parties.
The design concept is to transform the loft into a
space that fits her lifestyle and reflects her per-
sonality: a beautiful, modern space with glamorous
touches; She wants a high-end space where she
can spend time with her friends and her “castle”
to come home to after creating fairytales for oth-
ers. She needs a beautiful sanctuary of her own,
one as precious and beautiful as the events she
creates so that her brides feel like princesses on
their wedding days.
The color scheme will be sleek black and white
with pops of violet, and hints of blue and green.
Patina’s favorite color is violet, the color of royalty,
and she loves flowers/plants hence, the green.
When she plans weddings she is known for incor-
porating an indoor/outdoor or garden theme and
wants that somewhat reflected in the design con-
cept for new space. Her love for beautiful things
and socializing with friends, which stems from her
love for her profession, plays a major role in the
scheme; from the lavish décor to the upscale na-
ture of her taste. Expensive and unique lighting,
metallic accents and shiny elements will be intro-
duced throughout to finish off the design to give
the place a magical, sparkly feeling.

High end luxury camping
The design of the space was inspired by innova-
tive convertible space living. On the outside you
have the breathtaking vast Grand Canyon and an
old but beautiful cargo train, the exterior looks
untouched other than a sky light and solar panels
on the roof which you don’t see other than from
a view above. The outside and inside is com-
pletely different, as when you step inside you feel
like you stepped into a new world with the very
modern innovative interior. There are many self
sustaining features of the space such as the solar
panels and rain water harvesting to provide elec-
tricity and water to a space far from modern day
society. It is the utmost form of high end camping.
While the outside looks seemingly rural, the inside
is new. The space features a smart glass which
is controlled by a button to turn one panel of the
boxcar into either an opaque or clear glass piece
overlooking the Grand Canyon for a beautiful view.
That is just one of the many self-sustaining fea-
tures of the space.

Minor Assisted Living Elderly
Home - Housing Project
Nicole Eng, Melissa Gugliel-
mo, Nicole Muratore.
Year: 2015
The concept of our space is forever young.
We wanted to give our elderly home a classic
and timeless feeling, in keeping with our infinity
logo which is represented in some of our furniture
arrangements, lighting and other selections.
We used materials that age beautifully or are
beautifully worn such as copper, cedar, and Mer-
cury glass.
We wanted to keep the space classic with neutrals
yet throw in splashes of a teal and burnt orange,
which also gives the space contrast needed to
distinguish furniture from flooring for seniors.
We selected classic styled furniture with more
modern finishes to keep the space feeling a little
more youthful but overall still warm and homey.
NEXT
This is our mood board, one thing we noticed
was that no matter how old you age your eyes
still stay the same and some eyes hold so much
wisdom and still sparkle with happiness and exu-
berance.
These images served as an inspiration of all the
beauty in aging and the diversity among them. Not
only in terms of culture and race but in personality
as well.
We wanted our space to be all inclusive. And to
give these people a safe and welcoming environ-
ment while offering variety and choices.

Obika Office
Franchise Office Design
Year: 2013
Obika was created combining the presenta-
tion and simplicity of traditional sushi bars
with an Italian twist. Set in sleek, stylish,
modern surroundings, with clean lines,
natural woods and strong architectural
features, Obikà’s innovative contemporary
design is as beautifully presented as the
cuisine. The design for the office will be kept
true to the brand with sleek modern contem-
porary furnishings and materials as well
as clean lines and dark woods. Distinctive
lighting and reflective accents will be used
to finish off the space.
Client:
Obika mozzarella bar is a famous international
restaurant franchise that has locations in Italy, the
UK, Turkey, Canada, Japan and the USA.
The cities they are located in are Rome, Milan,
London, NY, LA, Tokyo, Istanbul and Toronto.
Obikà originates from a word in the Neapolitan
dialect that means “Here it is!”.
That is how one describes something that’s hap-
pening right before their eyes, like a freshly made
Mozzarella, still dripping from its brine and ready
to be eaten there and then.
Established in May 2004, Obikà is the brainchild
of Silvio Ursini.
Silvio grew up with a passion for simple, arti-
san Italian produce, particularly Mozzarella. It was
in the sushi bars of Tokyo that Silvio drew his
inspiration, and the Mozzarella Bar was born. The
moment Obikà first opened its doors in Rome, it
was an immediate success, and now Obikà has
19 locations globally and is expanding and evolv-
ing every year.
“Mozzarella, this uniquely Italian and ancient
product, forms the foundation of Obikà, the world’s
first Mozzarella Bar.”

  • 2. Born and raised in New York City, creativity and design has always been a huge part of my life. Inspired by surrounding architecture, city scapes and an abundance of people, I knew I wanted to make the world a better place... a more beautiful place. People say that surroundings can heal a person, evoke emotions and a beautifully de- signed space can be uplifting. I knew I wanted to bring all that to the world and more. I wanted to implement sustainablilty, ergonomics, new technologies and universal design, all while making the users feel safe and creating memorable spaces.

  • 16. Residential Pierce Residence Duplex in West Chelsea Year: 2014 Narrative/Concept: Kaiden and Sara Pierce and their two lovely daughters Jamie and Thea are moving into a du- plex penthouse in West Chelsea now that the girls are older. Growing up together Jamie and Thea were best friends as they were the same age and had constant play dates because their parents had been friends when they themselves were children. Therefore when Thea was five and her parents died in a car accident the Pierce’s adopted her and took her in like their own daughter. Now at the age of seventeen both girls need their own room and more space though they still hate to be apart. Both Jamie and Thea are very cre- ative, they love to read and draw much like their mother Sara. But Thea also has a love for sports and watching the game with Kaiden is one of her favorite pastimes (something Kaiden and her biological father used to do all the time according to Sara). Sara and Kaiden at the age of 39 and 40 both work from home a good amount of the time as Sara runs a small accessories line from home and now does most of her online work from home. Kaiden also works from home a good amount of time as he is an engineer and owns his own contracting company. A good home office and library area for resources is a must. Beyond that the Pierce’s are very social people so a guest room is required and large open entertaining spaces are where they will be inhabiting the most with friends and family. They were attracted to this space due to its potential for a loft like/grand statement type of feeling. The modern windows and contemporary design of building reminded them of Bauhaus which they loved as they stayed in Aspen Meadows when they vacationed in Colo- rado for ski trips. Kaiden has MSD (musculature disorder) shoulder pain due to college football and therefore needs a large soaking tub and a very comfortable office chair. Keywords: Glamorous. Modern. Expensive. Luxury. Reflective.

Master suite with walk through closet and bathroom, windows in all areas for ample light. Large soaking tub and two person shower. Luxurious closets for all, with seats and carpeting (fashion and accessories are very important to the Pierces). Girls bedrooms across the floor with attached closet and bathroom (the dream for best friends and sisters), very glamor- ous with their own personal vanities and etc. Laundry room and small loft feeling area over looking the living/dining will be a collaborate work space for the girls (room for paper, pencils, lap- tops). “Luxury is in each detail.” -Hurbert de Givency “Luxury is not a necessity to me, but beautiful and good things are.” -Anais Nin

Residential Laight Residence Beach House in Long Island Year: 2013 Modern city meets rustic retreat getaway “....Something quite remarkable; a weekend getaway so filled with the curious that it’s more kunsthammer than beach cabana”. The house itself serves as both a weekend retreat and the place to be for gatherings. The fur- nishings are equal part indulgent luxury and laid back city cool. The mix of classy and casual makes this high end home the sought out place to stay whether it is for relaxing on the weekend or hosting a big get together. They want to incorporate the style of the city mixed with more rustic/natural elements closer to nature while having a relaxing atmosphere away from the city. Mirabellas love for the whimsical and rustic along with Neils love for the modernism will be incorporated in the space and serve as the inspiration for the modern rustic design colors are inspired from the Long Island sound. • 25. The key to a modern rustic space is an open floor plan, modern furniture, and preserved and exposed natural architectural elements. The color scheme is very simple with large windows bringing the outdoors in. This style has an informal elegance – comfortable and modern living at its best! -Whitney Wood Modern Rustic is such a buzz term. Everyone seems to be embracing rustic charm and warmth with mod- ern amenities. Personally, I LOVE this style! I am a sucker for character and modern interiors, so why not combine the two? -Carney Logan Burke Architects
  • 26. Residential Blake Residence Combining two adjacent apartments into one Year: 2012 Ali is in love with whimsical, shiny, glam- orous things and Chris loves dark hues and sleek furnishings. Together, they would like the space to be glamorous while retaining a sense of masculinity. Modern, clean lines and the contemporary style will greet you upon entering the apartment. The design concept will transform the space into a sleek, modern space with glamorous and luxuri- ous touches. The color scheme will consist of sleek black and white with pops of blue, green and hints of violet creating a lavish décor with an upscale nature.. Distinctive lighting, metallic accents and shiny tex- tural elements will be introduced highlight the design to create a sleek yet glamorous interior. Client: Alison and Christian Blake, are a newly wed couple from queens who just purchased their first place, they decided to move into the city to further expand upon their careers. They have bought two adjacent apartments in a prime location on the Upper West Side of Manhattan to combine into one large apartment. Ali is an up-and-coming pastry chef who specializes in cake decorating and is always doing high profile events. Chris has just been promoted to head chef of a prestigious restaurant that just opened a new location in Manhattan, which is near their new place. Ali and Chris have known each other since high school and were good friends for a long time, they were both passionate about food and bonded over that when they attended the Art Institutes together for Culinary Arts, soon after and Ali and Chris fell in love, got married and are now trying to obtain their dream home. The clients are both are very outgoing people, they love to host parties and are always entertaining guests; from super bowl parties to formal dinner parties. They also both love to cook so a big kitchen with an open floor plan for conversation during a party is a must. Ali is an energetic fun person who adores socializing and was drawn to the design potential of the space. Ali and Chris both like sleek modern-contempo- rary design with clean lines. Ali loves glamour and wanted to incorporate purples, blues, greens and things that sparkle. Chris on the other hand likes the color blue and had furnished his previous bachelor pad in a lot of sleek black furniture and although he’s ready for a change he wants to there to still be a sense of masculinity to the space.

  • 28. Residential Davis Residence Bachlorette Pad Year: 2012 Modern Fairytale Patina Davis has moved to the “city that never sleeps.” This is the start of her new life and she wants her home to reflect it. All her life she’s been wrapped up in finding the happy ending to her fairy tale while planning for others. She is in love with whimsical and magical things; there- fore, she became a wedding planner. She loves modern, clean lines and the contemporary style; she never really liked antiques and is not a fan of anything old or dated, so all of her pieces should be fresh, sleek and brand new! She wants her new place to be one to show off, as she hosts many parties. The design concept is to transform the loft into a space that fits her lifestyle and reflects her per- sonality: a beautiful, modern space with glamorous touches; She wants a high-end space where she can spend time with her friends and her “castle” to come home to after creating fairytales for oth- ers. She needs a beautiful sanctuary of her own, one as precious and beautiful as the events she creates so that her brides feel like princesses on their wedding days. The color scheme will be sleek black and white with pops of violet, and hints of blue and green. Patina’s favorite color is violet, the color of royalty, and she loves flowers/plants hence, the green. When she plans weddings she is known for incor- porating an indoor/outdoor or garden theme and wants that somewhat reflected in the design con- cept for new space. Her love for beautiful things and socializing with friends, which stems from her love for her profession, plays a major role in the scheme; from the lavish décor to the upscale na- ture of her taste. Expensive and unique lighting, metallic accents and shiny elements will be intro- duced throughout to finish off the design to give the place a magical, sparkly feeling. Color Concept (cut from paint chips)

  • 32. Hospitality Modern Innovative Sustain- able Boxcar Sustainable Hotel Design In Grand Canyon Year: 2014 High end luxury camping The design of the space was inspired by innova- tive convertible space living. On the outside you have the breathtaking vast Grand Canyon and an old but beautiful cargo train, the exterior looks untouched other than a sky light and solar panels on the roof which you don’t see other than from a view above. The outside and inside is com- pletely different, as when you step inside you feel like you stepped into a new world with the very modern innovative interior. There are many self sustaining features of the space such as the solar panels and rain water harvesting to provide elec- tricity and water to a space far from modern day society. It is the utmost form of high end camping. While the outside looks seemingly rural, the inside is new. The space features a smart glass which is controlled by a button to turn one panel of the boxcar into either an opaque or clear glass piece overlooking the Grand Canyon for a beautiful view. That is just one of the many self-sustaining fea- tures of the space. Keywords: modern, innovative, up cycle, reclaimed, luxury, high end, sustainable, convertible. Site Plan Concept Images

  • 36. Hospitality Minor Assisted Living Elderly Home - Housing Project Nicole Eng, Melissa Gugliel- mo, Nicole Muratore. Year: 2015 The concept of our space is forever young. We wanted to give our elderly home a classic and timeless feeling, in keeping with our infinity logo which is represented in some of our furniture arrangements, lighting and other selections. We used materials that age beautifully or are beautifully worn such as copper, cedar, and Mer- cury glass. We wanted to keep the space classic with neutrals yet throw in splashes of a teal and burnt orange, which also gives the space contrast needed to distinguish furniture from flooring for seniors. We selected classic styled furniture with more modern finishes to keep the space feeling a little more youthful but overall still warm and homey. NEXT This is our mood board, one thing we noticed was that no matter how old you age your eyes still stay the same and some eyes hold so much wisdom and still sparkle with happiness and exu- berance. These images served as an inspiration of all the beauty in aging and the diversity among them. Not only in terms of culture and race but in personality as well. We wanted our space to be all inclusive. And to give these people a safe and welcoming environ- ment while offering variety and choices.

  • 54. Commercial Obika Office Franchise Office Design Year: 2013 Obika was created combining the presenta- tion and simplicity of traditional sushi bars with an Italian twist. Set in sleek, stylish, modern surroundings, with clean lines, natural woods and strong architectural features, Obikà’s innovative contemporary design is as beautifully presented as the cuisine. The design for the office will be kept true to the brand with sleek modern contem- porary furnishings and materials as well as clean lines and dark woods. Distinctive lighting and reflective accents will be used to finish off the space. Client: Obika mozzarella bar is a famous international restaurant franchise that has locations in Italy, the UK, Turkey, Canada, Japan and the USA. The cities they are located in are Rome, Milan, London, NY, LA, Tokyo, Istanbul and Toronto. Obikà originates from a word in the Neapolitan dialect that means “Here it is!”. That is how one describes something that’s hap- pening right before their eyes, like a freshly made Mozzarella, still dripping from its brine and ready to be eaten there and then. Established in May 2004, Obikà is the brainchild of Silvio Ursini. Silvio grew up with a passion for simple, arti- san Italian produce, particularly Mozzarella. It was in the sushi bars of Tokyo that Silvio drew his inspiration, and the Mozzarella Bar was born. The moment Obikà first opened its doors in Rome, it was an immediate success, and now Obikà has 19 locations globally and is expanding and evolv- ing every year. “Mozzarella, this uniquely Italian and ancient product, forms the foundation of Obikà, the world’s first Mozzarella Bar.”
