Nicolae Titulescu was a prominent Romanian diplomat and politician who served as foreign minister and helped negotiate the Treaty of Trianon in 1920, which transferred Transylvania from Hungary to Romania. He formed the National Romanian Committee in Paris in 1918 with other leaders to advocate for Romanian national aspirations. Titulescu also served two terms as President of the League of Nations General Assembly and was elected to parliament in 1912.
