Intersect Trust uses a three step change model to build a self-organizing network of environmental change-makers. The model includes: 1) Attracting and connecting individuals who are vital agents for change, 2) Energizing and empowering those individuals, and 3) Influencing and inspiring change through those empowered individuals both within organizations and across networks. The goal is to engage key individuals to drive system-wide pro-environmental change. Intersect Trust has impacted members through connecting an interconnected community of leaders taking fresh approaches to creating a better world. Challenges include continuing to expand the network of change-makers.
