This document describes how the Team DyNAmics© model can help teams improve their performance. It works by having team members anonymously complete a questionnaire that assesses different aspects of team functioning like communication, trust, and decision-making. The responses are compiled and areas of strength and weakness are identified. The model can then be used again over time to track improvements as teams work on areas of challenge.
