This document presents a design for a project about a beverage distribution company. The project will allow the company owner and manager to track inventory, place and process orders, and analyze sales. It will also help riders find the shortest delivery routes to reduce fuel costs. Riders can earn bonuses for extra sales. The project will use data structures like linked lists, stacks and queues to store and manage product, employee, and order information.

3. Introduction
Our project name is Next Innovation
Suppliers. As from the word suppliers it is
clear that project is about a distribution
company. The basic idea of the project is
that it is about a distribution company of
beverages. The users of the project will be
the owner of the company and the
manager of the company and the riders of
the company. Important things of the
project are that there will be a map in the
project to find the shortest path to reduce
the oil requirements of the company and
an email which will be send automatically
through the system when the order will be
delivered to the consumer and this email
will be thank u email. Project will be
implemented in python.

4. Project Features:
 Store the data of the stock received and delivered.
 Map navigation to find the shortest paths to reduce the petrol requirement
for the company benefit.
 Email that is actually thank you email that will be received by the consumer
after receiving the stock.
 Creation of analytical report.
 Give the bonus to the delivery boys if the delivery boys advertise and sell
more stock than the company requirement.
 Store the riders and manager data in different data structures

5. Project Actors:
 Company owner:
Company owner will see the whole system means see the stock that is received and delivered on daily
basis and also can see the analytical report. Owner has the opportunity to change the salaries of both
the riders and the manager.
 Company Manager:
Company manager manages how many stocks should be received and delivered on daily basis and
keep check n balance on riders and have option to give commission to riders on their performance .
Manager also manages the oil requirement of the company. Manager will find the shortest path for the
riders to reduce the oil requirements.
 Rider:
Rider have the responsibility of taking orders from the shopkeepers and placing order on the
distribution management system. He also delivers the orders to the shopkeepers. Rider can have any
type of vehicle. Riders will get commission for extra deliveries.
