2. No Investment Opportunity
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE WE START OUR PRESENTATION
If you make a purchase from Bidify you are purchasing a Retail
Bid Subscription, or you are purchasing bids to give away as
samples to customers of the Bidsson Auction site.
You are NOT purchasing stock or any other form of "investment"
or equity. You must actually give away the bids that you
purchase as samples to Bidsson.com customers, to help grow
the customer base in Bidsson.
Affiliates who present our products to others in a misleading
manner or in a way that leads the buyer to believe he or she is
making an investment or purchasing equities will be terminated
and all commissions and awards will be forfeited.
Buyers must read the entire "How It Works" and "Getting Paid"
section on the Bidify website and all the Terms & Conditions.

3. About
Bidify is Bidsson’s private, invitation only, global marketing
division, where affiliates can qualify to earn rewards on every bid
they sell, and every Sample Bid they purchase and give away to
Bidsson’s customers.
Bidsson is a Penny Auction, available to the global market.
Bidify Ltd. and Bidsson Ltd. are privately held
corporations, owned by several entrepeneurs from different
parts of the world.
Bidify Ltd is managed by Larus Palmi Magnusson
out of Iceland and Bidsson Ltd is managed by
Jorn Davidsen out of Germany.

4. How it works
Bidsson has created a profit pool, and shares up to 50% of the
daily net-profits from the auctions with qualified Bidify affiliates.
Bidify affiliates have access to their profit pool report from their
Bidify affiliate online office.
When you give away sample bids to Bidsson’s customers, you
earn bonus points. The bonus points are added to your bonus
point balance.
Every bonus point generates a daily cash reward for 120 days
calculated from the profit pool. After 120 days, the bonus point is
absorbed by the system, and will no longer generate any new
cash rewards.
Your daily cash reward is calculated based on your
existing bonus point balance every day.

6. The Bidsson Auctions
The Bidsson auctions are so called «Penny Auctions».
This means that every time someone places a bid on one of the
auctions, the price increases with 1 cent.
All auctions has a timer that counts down towards zero. When a
new bid is placed, the timer is reset to 30 seconds, and the
countdown starts over. This continues until no new bids are
placed. When the auction timer reaches zero, the last bidder in
that auction has won the auction, and will purchase the product
auctioned away at the auction end price.
Customers can receive free sample bids to use in the auction
from Bidify affiliates, or purchase retail bids at the
Bidsson website. Customers can also purchase the
products auctioned away, directly from the site.

7. Bidify Affiliate
Signing up as an Affiliate in Bidify is absolutely FREE.
As a Bidify affiliate you can earn cash rewards on
Retail Bid purchases made in Bidsson by your
personally referred customers; and cash rewards on
Sample Bid purchases and monthly subscriptions,
purchased by your downline organization in Bidify.

11. Towah™ Members Club
When you register in Bidify, you are also registered in Towah Members
Club, as a Towah Club Member. Becoming a Club member in Towah is
FREE., and as a Towah Club Member, you get a Towah Club
Account, where we transfer your commissions upon request.
When you purchase one of our Subscription Packages, you will be
upgraded to a Towah Card Member. As a Towah Card Member you will
receive a Towah MasterCard® Prepaid Card, connected to your Towah
Club Member Account.
When you have earned €20,000.00 in Bidify, you will be upgraded to a
Towah VIP Member. As a Towah VIP Member, you will get a Towah VIP
MasterCard Prepaid Card with higher limits, plus more benefits as a Towah

12. Getting paid
There are 5 ways of earning cash rewards as a
Bidify affiliate;
• Retail Bid Purchases made on the Bidsson site by your
personally referred customers. Please note that personally
referred affiliates in Bidify also are part of your personally
referred customer base in Bidsson.
• Personally referred affiliate’s sample bid purchases made
through Bidify
• Downline affiliates sample bid purchases
made through Bidify
• One-Time Bonus on personally sponsored affiliates
subscription purchases
• Monthly bonuses on downline affiliates subscription
purchases

13. Definition of bids
Bids are defined in two ways:
• Sample Bid
A sample bid is a bid purchased on the Bidify website by an
Executive, Premium or Platinum afiliate, to be put in the
Bidsson Bid Pool. Bids in the bid pool are given away to
Bidsson’s customers when signing up on the Bidsson site, or
performing certain activities like e.g. «Liking» «Sharing» and
«Connecting» through Facebook. Sample bids can be used
for bidding at any action on the Bidsson site.
Every sample bid cost €1.-
• Retail Bid
A retail bid is a bid purchased on the Bidsson
website to be used for bidding at auctions.
Every retail bid cost €1.-

14. Retail Bid Purchases
Bidsson customers can purchase bids at the Bidsson auction site.
These bids are personal, and cannot be given away as samples.
When a personally referred Bidsson customer purchase a bid
package, you earn a 25% commission. Also remember that all
Personally sponsored Bidify Affiliates are part of your personal
referred customer base in Bidsson, and all money, including
mandatory funds spent by them on the Bidsson site on bid
packages, will generate a 25% referral commission.
This commission is paid as a cash reward to your Bidsson
account and can be transferred to your Towah
account or used to purchase Retail Bids, products
or pay for won auctions.

15. Sample Bid Purchases
When a personally referred Executive, Premium or Platinum
affiliate purchase sample bids in Bidify, you earn a 5% cash
reward from the purchase. You can also earn a 5% cash reward
on sample bid purchases made in your second and third level,
depending on your own subscription level.
This cash reward can be used to purchase sample bids or
transferred as cash to your Towah Club Member Account.
When personally purchased sample bid’s are transferred to the
Bidsson Bid Pool you will receive 1 bonus point per sample bid.
E.g. If you purchase 100 sample bids, you receive
100 bonus points when the bids are put in the pool.
This happens once a day at midnigt GMT
Your bonus points will show in your bonus
point balance inside your Bidify affilate area.

16. Bonus Point Calculations
When you give away sample bids to Bidsson customers, you
earn 1 bonus point per sample bid given away. The bonus points
are added to your bonus point balance.
Each bonus point generates a cash reward every day for 120
days. After 120 days, the bonus point is absorbed by the
system, and will no longer generate any new cash reward.
At the end of each day (7 days a week), Bidsson determines the
daily revenue, and shares up to 50% of the net-profits with
qualified Bidify affiliates based on each individuals point
balance.

17. Mandatory Account
20% of all cash rewards earned in Bidify are paid as Mandatory
Funds on your Mandatory Account.
Funds on your Mandatory Account cannot be withdrawn as
cash, but has to be spent at the Bidsson site.
Funds on your mandatory account are transferred to Bidsson
upon your request, by a single click on a button.
These funds can be used for:
• Purchasing Retail Bids to bid at auctions.
• Paying for your won auctions.
• Buying products at retail price directly from
the Bidsson site.

18. One-Time Bonus on Subscription

subscription package, up to 15 levels deep.
