We made it! After long negotiations and many discussions, we
finally got the campus license for our faculty! We hope you have

Oktoberfest 2019:
Our Oktoberfest is back! It will take place on October 11th starting at 5pm in
the big beer tent in front of the university. In addition to German Maßbier and
German food, the band Unterrock will play Oktoberfest music!
Put on your Dirndl and Lederhosn and join in!
The afterparty takes place in the aula and will start at 10pm with music from
DJ LagerFlow!
Anatomy commemoration:
This year’s commemoration will take place on October 25th at 3pm at the Pécs cemetery.
Students of all programs and years are invited to pay their respect to the donors and their
families.
Please bring a flower.
PTE Surgical Society:
Are you interested in surgery? Then the Surgical Society is just right
for you! We organize events such as surgeon's presentations, skill
sessions, where students can learn the basics of surgery, and case
study seminars. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram, where we also
upload tutorials, to hear about the latest events
Memory:
We would like to remind you that you can always seek help if you are looking for it.The
universities psychological counselling is always available, both in groups and alone. You can

3. PMS Open Mic:
Pécs Music Society also organizes Open Mic, which
takes place every two weeks on Wednesdays at
Traffik. If you enjoy singing, this in the place for
you! Playing two song will get you a free beer!
Deans meet and great:
This semester on October 1st the first Dean’s Meet and Greet of the academic year will take
place at 6pm in the Dean’s Conference Room behind the mosaic. We are pleased to invite you to
ask the Dean everything that is on your mind.
Casino Royale Theme Party:
On October 4th the Chaperone Program will be celebrating a big 007 Casino
Royale Party at Trafik!
Starting at 8:30pm with POTE Game Night including Black Jack, Poker and
various other games. The top three contenders of the event will win cool
prizes!
The party will continue at 11pm with a DJ and music
Halfway Party:
One day before our Oktoberfest, October 11th, the annual Halfway Party organized by HÖK will
take place in the UPMS aula! This Party celebrates all students of the 4th year, by having
reached the first half of their studies! For further information be sure to check out the social
media of HÖK!
Mental Health Day:
This years Mental Health Day takes place on October 10th. Various events will be offered such as
yoga (relax and unwind), Tea & Talk and more!
