3. What causes the car to be bumped when
there are collision occurred between the car
and an object?
4. Impulsive force is the enormous amount of
force acting for a very small time on a body
mv-mu
F =
t
5. For example ,A karate expert can break
thick wooden slab with his bare hand that
moves at a very fast speed. The short
impact time results in a large impulsive
force on the wooden slab.
6. The karate expert hits
the stone swiftly .
Therefore, force is
bigger.
13. Objective
To help people realize the importance of
Impulsive Force in daily life
General Objective:
- To determine whether the different surface
will affect the impulsive force
- The effect of increasing or decreasing of
time of impact on impulsive force
14. - To determine whether the velocity will
affect the impulsive force
- To determine whether the different mass of
object will affect the impulsive force
15.
16.
17.
18. Do you think that impulsive force
important in saving life?
20. Do anyone know what is
impulsive force?
About 60% of teachers don’t know
About 70% of students don’t know
So, overall 65% don’t know it actually.
