Find insight into common life struggles through wisdom shared by Phil and Al Robertson. Real-Life stories written by Phil and Al address some common struggles that bring people to the Bible looking for guidance. This 7 day reading plan is created from content in the Duck Commander Faith and Family Bible Published by Thomas Nelson.
The document discusses various teachings of Jesus that some considered "hard sayings" because they were difficult to accept or obey. It provides context and commentary for passages where Jesus' disciples, or others, struggled with His words. The document suggests that when physical interests outweigh spiritual priorities, the Lord's teachings seem harsh. It examines sayings around marriage, family relationships, the exclusivity of Christ, and the need to glorify God with one's body and spirit. Ultimately it questions whether any saying of Jesus should prevent obedience, given what He sacrificed to save humanity.
Do you ever wonder how much sharing your faith really makes an impact? Phil and Al Robertson share thought-provoking stories about the transformations they have experienced and witnessed through God’s life-altering grace in this 7 day reading plan. Each of these stories is taken from the Duck Commander Faith and Family Bible by Thomas Nelson Publishers.
This document is an excerpt from the book "Great Faith for Great Miracles" by Peter Youngren. It introduces the topic of faith and discusses the struggle that some people experience in trying to develop and maintain faith. It notes that Jesus emphasized the importance of faith, and that without faith it is impossible to please God. However, for many people faith seems elusive and difficult to obtain, leading some to give up in frustration. The document questions common explanations for a lack of faith and sets up the premise that the book will explore what "great faith" means using the examples of the two individuals that Jesus said had great faith.
The document discusses the concept of being "born again" as described in a conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus. Jesus tells Nicodemus that one must be born again or born of the Spirit to enter God's kingdom. He compares this to how the Israelites were saved by looking upon the bronze serpent to be healed of snake bites. Jesus says that just as He will be lifted up, one must believe in Him to gain eternal life, not through works but by God's grace. The document analyzes what it means to be born again through faith in Christ alone.
The document discusses the journey of human life from conception to death. It notes that God forms each person in the womb and knows them from the beginning. While children are born sinless, humans later turn away from God and sin by disobeying his commands. The heart is identified as the source of sinful thoughts and deeds. The document warns that all will be judged for their words and actions, so people should remember God while young before facing difficulties in old age.
Whether you are in a pastoral role, a teacher, or the leader of your family, these 6 qualities apply to you. These 6 readings from The Maxwell Leadership Bible will equip and encourage you as you lead.

John the Baptist told people they must bring forth fruits worthy of repentance by changing their conduct. True repentance requires more than just saying you follow Abraham; it means turning from sinful deeds and doing works that show obedience to God. The Bible lists sins like drunkenness, stealing, lying and sexual immorality that must be repented of through a change in behavior, which could require giving up stolen goods, separating from unlawful relationships, or avoiding situations that promote sin. Jesus warned that failure to repent will lead to spiritual death, so self-examination is needed to prove one's repentance is genuine.

This document is a sermon by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome discussing the concept of faith and possibility. The key points are:
1. Attending Christ Embassy church teaches followers about living according to the spirit of God's word, which allows His vision to be manifested in their lives and influence others.
2. True faith, even in small amounts, allows believers to accomplish anything according to God's word. Having faith means acting on God's promises without seeing results.
3. Words have power and believers must be careful with their speech, as confessing difficulties can manifest them. Speaking God's promises over one's life aligns it with His vision of blessings and success.

This document summarizes a sermon about the Abrahamic covenant between God and Abraham. The sermon discusses how God initiated the covenant by calling Abraham to leave his home and promised to make him a great nation. God established the covenant unilaterally, promising Abraham land and many descendants. God later affirmed the covenant, changing Abraham's name and promising the land of Canaan as an everlasting possession. The sermon applies the covenant by discussing how it reveals God as a God of relationship, promise, and blessing who invites people into relationship with Him through faith in response to His promises.
The document provides a summary of a sermon given at First Baptist Church in Jackson, Mississippi on living out one's faith based on a study of Hebrews 13. It encourages Christians to submit to church leaders and live faithfully despite challenges, as this life is as bad as it will get for non-believers but only temporary for believers. The sermon concludes by explaining the plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.
This document discusses Jesus' statement in John 15:1-11 about being the "true vine." It explains that Jesus used the metaphor of a grapevine, which would have been familiar to Jews, to teach four main points: (1) Jesus is the source of life and sustenance for believers, (2) believers are called to abide in Christ to bear fruit, (3) God the Father prunes believers to encourage greater fruitfulness, and (4) fruitfulness is evidence of abiding in Christ. The key is for believers to remain in close fellowship with Christ through obedience, prayer, and Bible reading in order to bear the spiritual fruits of winning souls, holiness, and good works.

The gospel is the good news of God's salvation for mankind through Jesus Christ. Due to Adam and Eve's disobedience, God's children were taken captive by sin. As a loving father, God sought to rescue his children by sending his son Jesus to die on the cross. Through his death and resurrection, Jesus paid the punishment for sin so that all may be forgiven and have eternal life by accepting God's free gift of salvation. The document provides biblical support for these concepts and encourages readers to accept this gift of salvation in Jesus.
1) The document discusses the gospel or good news of God's salvation for mankind through Jesus Christ. It explains that through sin, mankind was captive and enslaved, but God rescued us by sending his son Jesus to die on the cross.
2) It further explains what was accomplished through Jesus' death - forgiveness of sins, healing, righteousness, eternal life, and more. It emphasizes that salvation is a free gift from God that one must accept through faith in Jesus.
3) The document encourages accepting God's gift of salvation through confessing faith in Jesus and provides resources for spiritual growth.

Nicodemus, a Pharisee and ruler of the Jews, comes to Jesus at night seeking answers. Jesus tells Nicodemus that no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again. He explains that one must be born of water and the Spirit to enter the kingdom of God. Jesus likens being born again to the wind, which one cannot tell where it comes from or goes. Later, Jesus tells Nicodemus that God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. He was sent by God not to condemn the world but to save it.

3. We must receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord by believing in Him in order to become children of God and have eternal life, which is a gift from God through faith alone, not by our works.

All have sinned and fallen short of God's perfect standard. When a person becomes a Christian, all of their sins - past, present and future - are forgiven. God's solution to sin is found through Jesus Christ. When He died on the cross, Jesus paid the penalty for our sins so that we might be forgiven and made righteous through faith in Him.
1) The document discusses the humanity and deity of Jesus Christ. It explains that Jesus was fully God and fully man, having both a divine and human nature.
2) As a human, Jesus experienced physical needs like hunger and fatigue. He also had emotions and was tempted but did not sin. However, as God, Jesus performed miracles and had divine attributes.
3) The humanity of Jesus was important because it allowed him to reveal God to humans, be our sinless sacrifice, understand our temptations, and fulfill prophecies about the messiah. His resurrection proved that his life and death were accepted by God as the means to save humanity.
Pope Francis gave a homily during Mass for the 500th anniversary of the Evangelization of the Philippines. God loves us so much that he gave us his entire life through his Son.

2) All people are sinful and deserving of God's wrath, but through faith in Christ, God offers salvation, mercy, and a restored relationship with Him.
3) Believers are called to follow Christ, worship God, and share the gospel with others so that more may experience God's grace and salvation. The gospel transforms lives and gives hope of eternal life in heaven.
The document provides an overview of the gospel message. Some key points:

2) All people were sinful and deserving of God's wrath, but God sent Jesus to die on the cross to pay the penalty for sins.
3) Through faith in Jesus, people can be saved, made alive in Christ, and have eternal life in heaven rather than facing eternal punishment.
The gospel calls people to repentance and faith in Jesus for salvation, which is a free gift of God's grace, not by works.

It discusses several key aspects of mission theology, including the missional nature of God, examples of mission work in scripture, the relationship between mission work, ecclesiology and the Trinity, key themes like the Kingdom of God and shalom, and the roles of missionaries, church leaders and lay people in mission work. The conclusion emphasizes that worship of God leads to mission work, as the love believers receive from God spills over into love for others.
This document presents the gospel message and explains how to receive salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. It discusses that eternal life is a free gift from God, all people are sinners, God provided a way for salvation through Jesus's death and resurrection, and salvation is received through faith in Jesus alone. It provides a sample prayer to accept Jesus as savior and receive eternal life.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

5. Hi my brothers and
sisters it's nearly the end of the year.
Thanksgiving and Christmas are nearly
here once more. In this edition
November/December 2016. I am taking
a look at unity within the family. The
family is not what it used to be. Parents
children eating together. Even people
eating together just to fellowship as a
family. Even some in the House of God
and the Body of Christ do not fellowship
as a family. However we have these two
holidays Thanksgiving that bring families
together.
Happy Thanksgiving and Merry
Christmas. Now fall and winter are now
upon us. It only seems like yesterday
that we were here writing about the
season vacations and family time.
Truly I just want to take a second
of my time again and again to thank
God for giving me this opportunity to be
able to produce this magazine plus to be
in a country where we have freedom of
speech. I also take this time to thank
God for Jesus because of His powerful
Life giving Power and I thank the Holy
Spirit for His guidance.
New Dawning will feature
thought provoking articles that will give
you something to think about with
inspirational Words from the Bible. I
love you with the love of the Lord! I
thank God for you.
I give God all praise for Jesus
and the Holy Spirit for sending you to
support New Dawning Magazine. I
desire for your continual prayers for
New Dawning Magazine that it will be
the magazine that God has ordained it
to be. I still have a Praise Report I have
not given up yet. In spite of criticism,
intimidation, undermining I have still not
given up because I know what I have
been called to do this.

7. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves,
and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will
I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
8. A Son’s Love for His Mother
I love my mom nobody will never understand our bond. I can say I am a momma’s
boy. she worked so hard raising me. As a single parent working late nights driving in all
kinds of weather. Then to go make sure I was good risking her life on icy roads.
Almost falling asleep at the wheel that's why I try to make sure she’s good. People
don't understand you only got one mom and mine means the world to me. People with
one parent or who is a single parent understand how it goes.
Until the next time my young Brothers and Sisters peace and love. Be blessed and
stay blessed. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!

7) Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end,

establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for

John 3:16-17;

What The World Needs Is Love Sweet Love
By
Joyce Eason
A long time ago God saw that we His people needed to redeemed back to
Him because we had gone far away. So God saw our frailties instead of
destroying us He decided to come to Tabernacle with us. However because He
was God who knew no sin came to us In form and likeness of His Son Jesus.
In human thinking it is hard to conceive that God Jesus and The Holy Spirit
are one. That is why to understand it has to manifested by spiritual
understanding given by the Godhead.
I have scripture that demonstrate that God is Jesus wrapped in human
flesh.
Old Testament Prophesies
Isaiah foreshadowed the virgin birth of Jesus
Bible prophecy: Isaiah 7:14
Prophecy written: Between 701-681 BC
Prophecy fulfilled: About 5 BC
In Isaiah 7:14, the prophet Isaiah addresses the "house of David," meaning the
family and descendants of King David, and speaks of a virgin being pregnant with
31. a child, and giving birth to the child. Isaiah says this in the context of it being a
sign from God. He also says that the child would be referred to as "Immanuel,"
which means, "God with us." 28 Credit100 prophecies.org.
Isaiah 7:14;
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin
shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Credit; King James Version (KJV)
The New Testament books of Matthew and Luke record details involving the birth
of Jesus, who was born about 700 years after the time of Isaiah, saying that he
was born of the virgin Mary and is the Son of God. Because he is the Son of God,
Jesus literally can be referred to as "God with us."
Credit100 prophecies.org.
Bible Prophecy: Matthew 1:23;
Prophecy Written: Between 700 before Jesus’ birth Prophecy
Fulfilled: 37-60 Ad
Matthew 1:18-23;
18
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother
Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was
found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make
her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
29
32. 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD
appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear
not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her
is of the Holy Ghost.
21
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:
for he shall save his people from their sins.
22
Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of
the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and
they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God
with us.

Dove & Sword Productions Faith Statement
- The Bible -
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the divinely inspired
and only authoritative Word of God: supreme and eternal in its authority in
matters of faith and practice.
- God -
We believe in the triune God of the Bible, the God who created the world, who
made man in His image who so loved the world that He gave His only begotten
Son for man's redemption.
- Christ –
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, that He is coeternal and coequal with
God the Father, We believe the biblical account of His virgin birth, sinless life,
words, works, death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and promise of His personal
return. Christ came into the world to provide salvation through faith in Him as
Savior Lord, and to restore men to fellowship with God.
51. - The Holy Spirit –
We believe that God the Holy Spirit, as revealed in the Bible, is a person
coequal and coeternal with God the Father and God the Son. The Holy Spirit
brings an awareness of guilt, brings about the new birth, and indwells the
believer so that he may lead a godly life. The Holy Spirit strengthens faith, brings
comfort and peace in time of sorrow and distress, enlightens our hearts and
minds to understand and apply the truth in Christ and the Bible, and empowers
us to serve God more effectively.
- Repentance –
We believe that men become children of God by true repentance, turning from
sin, and turning to Christ as Savior. True repentance results in a changed life.
The believer now seeks to live his life according to the will of God.
46
- Faith -
We believe that men who have received God's forgiveness for sin through
Christ's atoning death and triumphant resurrection possess saving faith. The
faith is awakened and strengthened by the hearing of the Word of God.
Believers strive to express this saving faith through the total commitment of their
lives to Christ as Savior and Lord,
- The Christian Life –
We believe the Christian life is lived by trust in Christ and fellowship with Him, for
He is "the way the truth, and the life." The Christian life manifests itself in service
to God and fellow men of all races and stations in life. It is also expressed as
graciousness in our relationships with others. It is summed up in the two great
commandments; to love God with all your hearts, souls, strength, and minds;
and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
- The Church –
We believe that the Church, describe in the Scriptures as Christ's body, is
composed of all people who have accepted Christ in faith and have committed
their lives to Him, In any local community the Church consists of all such people,
regardless of the Christian group with which they are affiliated. The Church,
spiritually conceived, is a living organism which expresses itself through
52. dedicated Christians in all groups of believers, under the guidance of the Holy
Spirit.
- The Kingdom of God –
The Kingdom of God is the rule of God, which has as its final goal the
overcoming of every force which resists God's will. The Kingdom of God now
manifests itself in daily life through Christ's rule in the lives of individual
believers, those who have accepted and responded to the claims of God's
Kingdom through Christ, The Church, while not identical with the Kingdom of
God, is a present manifestation of it. The Kingdom of God will be consummated
when Christ comes again.
